The hotel was well situated for us, being en route to Gaspe. There is a good place to eat opposite the hotel. Our room was situated in the ground level, meaning that we were able to park the car right outside and unload easily. The room was clean and comfortable and absolutely fine for a one night stay.

For us, the accommodation provided exactly what we were looking for. However for some, be aware that it is on the outskirts of the town and a good walk should you not wish to take the car into the centre, which is well worth visiting.

The room is very nice and has backdoor access to the parking if you are living on the first floor. The location is very good as it's a ~2 min drive from the St-Lawrence River. Perfect place for staying to tour the city with a cheap price tag.

The breakfast lady is very good at NOT giving you enough food for some reason, and you gotta keep asking for more before she complies. The AC has a weird angle that keeps blowing cold air into your head while you are sleeping, so it's quite easy to get sick for someone that has a poor immune system.

Staff were friendly and smiling. The organization and administrative work of the hotel was very efficient. They got everything prepared including the room keys and you only needed to put down your signature for check-in. So the check-in process only took a minute. The check-out was also efficient because the statements were inserted into your room early in the morning. Also this was one of the only two hotels during our 11 day trip, which knew that we were the same group and put our three rooms next to each other.

We used this hotel as a stop-over on the way back from Fredreicton to Ottawa; we didn't really want anything more than a bed for the night. The room itself was fine - clean and comfortable. I also appreciated being able to park right outside the room - it made unloading much easier.

The provided breakfast wasn't great. There's an array of cereals and bread-related products on offer; sadly, we ended up asking for the egg and sausage from the member of staff present. The egg was rather rubbery, and the sausage a very interesting shade of pink. I know that catering breakfasts for an unknown number of people over a period of a few hours is challenging, but in retrospect, I would have stuck to the cereal.

it was a great location, the room was very comfortable (beds were amazing - slept like we hadn't anywhere else on our trip).

The evening receptionist was very abrupt, and did not give any info on whether breakfast was available, or when. In fairness, she was busy on the phone letting people know all the rooms were sold out, but we got a much better welcome at other Comfort Inn locations. At breakfast, the room was overcrowded, so we opted to go next door for breakfast.

Although the room came with a coffeemaker, cups, and coffee/tea, there was no sugar or cream for the coffee but we weren't too worried as it did come with a great continental breakfast. Other people may want the sugar/cream in the room

Very clean. Cheap accomodation. Comfortable. Park outside the room with direct access to car to unload etc. Included breakfast was simple and satisfactory. Nice staff. In-room coffee facilities. Good TV. Would stay again.

Not much to dislike at this price point. On the edge of town just off the highway so you need a car if you want to visit 'town proper'.

Breakfast was excellent. Coffee provided in the room was wonderful. Room was comfortable and perfectly clean. All staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Wifi signal was great.

More noise from street overnight than anticipated. Would have liked a list of things (restaurants, stores, attractions…) within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and kind. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good also,the cook the so kind and helpful as I would ask question after question.

The sitting room could be bigger, a place to go and relax and mingle with people

The breakfast was great, and the cook/server this morning was just lovely! She was very helpful and kind, and also brought hot apple turnovers to every table! 😊 Also really appreciated the extra blanket in the room!

The bathtub faucet was very difficult to turn.
