Neat and clean place to stay. Absolute value for money. I checked in after the office was closed. I was given clear instructions well ahead of time where the keys will be and all other required info. Definitely recommended for a night or two.

There was some repairs going on regarding the plumbing of the motel for which the tap water was not drinkable. The motel did provide 4x500ml water bottles to their credit, but I feel this could have been communicated earlier, especially when I had informed I will be checking in late, and all stores close by then.

The owner Laura and her husband were super informative with us about the area and genuinely accommodating. The room was very clean, secure, plenty of room and nice outdoor seating!

We liked everything about this property, even though it was on a fairly busy Main Street, we completely enjoyed this place and easy walking distance to everything we needed.

Beds were comfy and room was clean. For the cost, as an overnight place to put our heads, it was as we expected from online reviews and pic's. We think our room may be one which is still to be updated but it was amply sufficient for what we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Macdonalds is walkable for early breakfast. Pretty exterior and parking at room door.

Very small and dated room but was not unexpected from reviews and photos. Not much tv channel-choice.

a little older but it was great value. AC unit in the window wasn’t keeping up perfectly. couldn’t get the shampoo opened easily. took about 5 minutes. it’s like a ketchup packet but much stronger with no small cut on the side to get it started. I was stepping on it and still couldn’t get it to pop while in the shower. kind of comical. all in all and nice stay though and great value. would definitely stay here again.

front desk service 300%. room was wonderfully renovated. very nice place. very very clean. comfy bed and pillows. I highly recommend this place. it only has 2 stars but it’s a definite 5stars for me. it’s a pet friendly place and has lots of grass for the pups to go sniff and do there thing. there’s a fridge, microwave and coffee machine and has coffee and water included

This hotel was very cozy, perfect for my one-night visit to Quebec. The best part were the hotel's owners, who were extremely helpful and welcoming. They made me feel at home in the great white north. Motel Le Refuge is the perfect stop if you will be spending more than an afternoon in Sherbrooke.

The room was clean there’s a mini fridge,microwave and coffee maker.The bed was comfy and the washroom is super clean too…over all we had a good time during our stay…

Hope they have a better choice of coffee it doesn’t taste really good but its not a big deal for us anyway and the aircon i think its automatically turn on/off coz there are moments it gets warm in the room then cold…weird 😊😊😊

Location was great (only a 10 minute drive to Downtown Sherbrooke). The room was very clean. Communication with staff was very pleasant and what we absolutely loved was that we could bring our doggies for no extra charge. Thank you!! We will be back, for sure.

Bed was very comfortable and the staff was amazing. Updated rooms and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this Motel to anyone passing through Sherbrooke.

There was nothing I didn't like about this Motel.

The room was pleasing to the eye, functional and the mattress very comfortable. I felt like the receptionist, who was the owner, was like an old friend after just a few minutes of conversation

There wasn't a huge parking lot for parking.
