I like the location The bed was comfortable

When got there the lady in the front desk was rude she didn't really explain anything to you I don't know if she's just tired or grumpy or having a bad day but she didn't say where the parking was how to get to parking she didn't say no welcome to our location she's very unfriendly didn't tell us where anything was in the hotel and what the hotel had to offer

Front desk staff was very helpful and responsive to my requests. Location was great, as I was able to walk everywhere I needed to be. The room was quiet and I didn't notice any outside noise while I was there.

The bathroom fixtures could use some upgrading (they were showing a lot of wear). The sink drained really slowly and the toilet barely flushed. Shower pressure was good, although I had a hard time getting the water going at first.

We were just here for a quick stay over Labour Day. Hotel and room were very clean and they were able to accommodate parking and paperwork at an early time so we could go for lunch prior to the game without having to return. The shower was amazing!! Tons of pressure which felt great after a long day. The bad was comfortable.

Suggestions would be better quality pillows (but this seems to be a theme at many hotels); even though the bed was comfortable the pillows made it a little more difficult to get comfortable. I would also recommend that they upgrade at least one plug-in or lamp to have a USB port for phone charging. We had our cord but we did not have a plug in on hand (we have got out of the habit of travelling with one) Nothing major just some minor suggestions :)

Lots of pillows and towels. Good location to game day at Mosaic Stadium. Very nice staff.

Someone else’s food was left in the mini fridge when we checked in. The TV did not work properly and it would not shut off, had to unplug it completely to get any sleep. Knowing we had 3 adults staying in this room there was not enough coffee or Tea supplies for the morning. Vehicle parking charge was way to expensive. They didn’t make any accommodations to have their lounge open on the Sunday for the all time Regina, Saskatchewan Rough Rider Labour Day Classic football game. As the game ended at 7:30 pm and our own hotel had no lounge or restaurant open to feed people. Everyone had to go other places.

Breakfast was one of the best we have had at any hotel for a while, price wasn't too bad. The staff were friendly, especially the waitress at the restaurant, she was very nice, efficient and stopped to chat with us for a bit.

Room was a bit dated though, tub and sink were well worn, carpet was a bit worn, TV was the smallest I've seen in a hotel room for a while, and we are in hotels up to a dozen times a year.

- ice machines not working on any level that front desk said to go - front desk took a very very long time to answer - pillows very lumpy - only provided 2 towels - $15 dollar a day parking fee - decaf coffee and machine that leaked

great location! comfy beds. clean rooms. loved the hot tub/ pool.

first going into the hotel I could smell mold/must. I would siddert getting a good hotel style air freshener to put at the front doors. first impressions are important. or look into what is causing the mold, maybe the carpet near pool? or ceiling?

Pool was awesome, but it took us a while to find it due to lack of signage

The room was blowing cold air when we arrived. We had to call maintenance to come fix it. Minor inconvenience. Also the parkade below the hotel didn’t have clear instructions on leaving ticket in your car. I got a $35 from Impark😡

Was good the parking was underground so I didn’t worry about my car

The elevator we got in didn’t let us get to the parking and we didn’t know why, a sign saying that one didn’t go to parking would have been nice
