Location, good coffee, great breakfast, parking

When I checked in, I was charged $100.00 more than Booking.com confirmed in my reservation. When I asked for an invoice, the clerk denied me, said I have to go through Booking.com. In the FAQ, it states that the property is to give me one. When asked why again regarding the extra, he said in 5 days that I should receive a correction, then added that it was for incidentals. We will see. Nothing like that was mentioned initially on check-in or in FYI in the reservation

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was not outstanding, but solidly good. The room was large and the beds were great. The hotel had a gym. The location of the hotel was good.

The hotel is definitely a little dated. The construction going on right outside the hotel is a bit annoying.

After sitting a car all day the bed was very comfy. Nice bathroom, room felt luxurious when you walked in. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Was difficult to find the entrance of the hotel due to road construction.

Staff was nice they are treated me well we're always trying and place to clean bed with a coffee and the shower had good water I'm sure Andy lots of heat.

The only thing I saw I can use this uh blue uh maybe uh it's on and I'll respond to my garden at hot top it's on it's some kind of deal that you can do

Friendly front desk staff, very spacious rooms, great location to explore downtown, tasteful modern aesthetic, comfy beds, big window, decent continental breakfast, mini fridge and microwave in room.

Small elevator, outdoor parking lot, no fan in bathroom.

The bed was very comfortable. The Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location right downtown. No opportunity to drive up to the doors and unload. Parking was a bit of a pain. The hotel parking was full so I had to park down the street in alternative parking.

Perfect location, close to the business district, park, museum, warehouse district. Very good breakfast, special mention to Gilda who was very welcoming to the guests and efficient in keeping the area clean and food topped up. Room was very clean and very well appointed.

The washing machine door needs repairs.

modern & clean building in downtown location. We were able to walk to Museum and Art Gallery. Very friendly staff on night and day shifts. Laundry room, free breakfast and other amenities. Upgraded to Deluxe Queen upon arrival. The shower was excellent with lots of hot water.

We had to pay an extra $15/day for parking

it should be pointed out that Parking is not free its $15.00 per night and not Guaranteed, I checked in late and had to park on the street and get up in the morning to pay the meter. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was very, very good for a North American included-breakfast. The staff member preparing and attending at breakfast was exceptional. The staff member at checkout, and even the janitor, were exceptional hosts. The room was very spacious. I appreciated the choice of pillows.
