Seven Oaks Hotel Regina

Pool with waterslide is amazing, lot of fun! Room size was great, comfortable closet, temperature control, comfortable bed, good size TV, wi-fi worked perfectly, free parking available, small fridge and coffee maker available in the room. Lady at check-out was wonderful! Also I've appreciated the men who helped us check-in after Ms. Lexy let us wait half an hour in the lobby.

Check-in experience was really bad, I wished we were treated with more respect. Having Ms. Lexy at the check-in desk is not a smart choice by management - her rudeness (due to racism?) made my review drop by 2 points out of 10. Pool closing at 10pm when there's 50 people enjoying it, I'm pretty sure with a bit of effort they could extend the opening time until 11pm. Same thing applies to check-in time, usually hotels let you check-in at 3pm, especially since I placed the request for "early" check-in at 3pm many weeks before my stay. No free breakfast with the room.

Amazing! We come back to this hotel every time we visit Regina.The price is a lot better for the longer stays.The location is central and 1 block to a Houston's pizza. The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the kids enjoy the heated pool/waterslide. Oh, and we got an early check-in! The restaurant at the hotel is ok, the menu has everything on it from breakfast to burgers. Our server was super nice and gave the kids coloring pages and cayons. We've enjoyed our stays at the hotel, thank you, staff, for being patient with our kiddos ❤️ . See you next time!

That Regina gets too cold, and the pool should be open earlier in the afternoon or later in the mornings.

We loved the breakfast. It was fast hot and delicious. Our room was on the main floor right across from pool and we loved that. When checking in staff was training and let me know it would take a few extra minutes. I completely understood and appreciated the heads up. Our whole stay the staff was absolutely wonderful.

We were there for a dance competition and found the pool times terrible. We actually only got use the pool for a very short time because of this. Booking a hotel with a pool is a big deal when you have kids. So they were very disappointed to learn they wouldn't be able to use it much at all. Extending by 1 hour earlier and 1 hour later would have allowed for better use of the pool.

I like everything...great location ( close to ring road to get anywhere faster, plus all amenities in the area. Pet friendly, clean, comfortable, affordable, restaurant, bar, pool, hottub, great staff and management.

Didn't like the carpet, but when you need a pet friendly room, what can ya do?, maybe pet rooms should have flooring with rugs...just a thought.

Comfortable beds. Lots of pillow choices. Nice pool and water slide but didn't use it. We will next time when back in June. Breakfast wasn't included but check it out anyway it was really good.

Bathroom could be a bit larger. Not much room to close the door. Room backed onto railway tracks and the train noise was quite irritating. Coffee maker was not plugged in so we had to move the large entertainment unit away from wall to plug it in. Wasn't worth the effort as it didn't brew a decent coffee.

This hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was beautifully decorated, The bed was wonderfully comfortable with a down comforter encased in a spotless white duvet. The hotel was filled with families whose children were having a great time in the indoor pool with a huge water slide, but we didn't hear a thing from our quiet room. There was no breakfast provided as the hotel had discontinued the complementary breakfast several months before our stay. There is a restaurant in the hotel, and we ate both dinner and breakfast there, and the food was delicious. Lots of parking in their lot.

Can't think of a thing. We loved our stay. Perhaps the hotel could have been located a bit closer to the freeway, but it was located in a nice business area surrounded by a lovely neighborhood.

The hotel was extremely clean the staff were very friendly and helpful the service in the resteraunt was exceptional fast and friendly one of the best hotels I have stayed in a long long time

The location close to the hood made for a lot of street traffic and was hassled in the parking lot a couple of times the location of train tracks is also annoying as I chose this hotel to be close to a venue I was attending that night

I like that the vanity sink area is separate from the bathroom.

We were awake very early to get to an appointment for surgery at a hospital. I came back to the room around 7 am to get some rest before I had to check out. Put out the do not disturb sign but housekeeping knocked on my door at least 4 times way before check out. So needless to say I was very tired for our drive home.

Kids enjoyed using the pool area and the hot tub. I enjoyed the super comfy beds. Probably the best beds on our whole cross country trip. Friendly front desk staff and very helpful gent at the restaurant who loaned us plates and bowls.

The waterslide is way to rusty and has bolts sticking out that can hurt your feet. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

The rooms are clean, they have the most comfy beds and pillows and staff is always friendly.

The pool slide was rusty and the stairs had bolts that you could accidentally step on and hurt your feet. The pool area needs a renovation as it is starting to fall apart. Would be nice to have better tv channel selection as well. Just has the very basics.
