Breakfast was appreciated and quite acceptable. Enjoyed having the easy location for getting to it, and from it for what we were doing and easy to depart from. Enjoyed having easy parking, the hot tub and friendly staff.

We did report two lights out in our room to the housecleaning staff and she made note of it and said she would report it right away, which I am sure she did. However, that was not corrected while we were there. It was an issue that did not personally affect us; however, it needs to be fixed for future guests. Room 323 had one bathroom light burned out; one of the mini reading light by one of the beds was also burned out.

Modern, clean, friendly! The front desk employee offered to discount my stay due to the poor placement of my room (noise), but could not due to the reservation being through 3rd party (Booking.com). Nice thought though!

My room was on the first floor facing the parking lot. Noisy and bright headlights. Had to keep the curtains closed tight for privacy. My room door was opposite the pool door and bathrooms so lots of extra disturbances. Difficult to fall asleep!

property was great little out of the way from everything but over all was ok

the front staff when we checked in was great every other front desk staff was not so great, very rude. they didn’t have enough towels for the pool and front desk staff said they can’t keep up with them. unfortunately with tournaments and competitions in town you should have enough towels. also the power was out from 630 am to 730am Sunday April 2nd. the only emergency lights that were on were on the second floor stairway. very unsafe

Stayed with 3 small kids and my husband, couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The family suite was huge with 3 beds, breakfast had anything you could possibly want (and even had some gluten free cereal for me when I asked), and the water park was great for big and small kids alike (slide for bigger kids, splash park was about 18” deep which was great for our toddlers). Lots of other kids there for our kids to make friends with.

The beds were very comfy and we didn’t hear much noise in the rooms considering it was full . It was nice to have a bath tub in room also

The breakfast seemed to be lacking , only sausage rounds and hot boiled eggs…? Never had hot boiled eggs at a hotel before. …. So found that very weird. There was also no other hot options besides waffles,

Rooms were nice and clean. The air conditioning was the quietest I ever had. The continental breakfast was very good as well as the staff that made sure everything was topped up. Front desk staff were very helpful. All in all, a nice property.

Room was great. So nice to have a seating area in the room as well as the big closet. Very clean and well stocked. Pool was awesome! Kids loved it. Room to do laps but also a separate area for smaller kids, hot tub and a waterslide. The gym has a good selection of equipment in it also. Location was great. So close to shopping, movies and restaurants.

Our room was so hot and you can only open the window a few inches for safety. The thermostat was turned down as low as it would go and the fan wouldn't stay on because it was cold outside. Also, constant static electricity shocks after you walk down the hallways? The breakfast was underwhelming and understocked. Could use an overhaul.

Very clean, awesome staff!

Pool was cold, we asked front desk to bumped up the heat. They took care of this immediately and a few hours later the water was warm. Zero beverages in the pool area. When kids swim for hours it hard not being able to have drinks.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I was able to watch a film in the TV to relax. My granddaughter loved the swimming pool and the beds were really comfortable. There hotel is close to shops should you need anything.

I am not a coffee drinker, and the only device in the room to heat water efficiently is a small coffee machine. A kettle, instead, would suit all those that drink tea/infusions. We had three adults in the room and none of use drink coffee. The little coffee machine only heated half a cup of water at a time, whereas a kettle would have been much more efficient for multiple occupants, and reduce carbon footprint. I wouldn't describe the staff on the front desk as friendly and welcoming, but they were efficient.

The room was spacious, I got everything I'd asked for, including a crib for baby. The beds were really clean and very comfortable.

Breakfast could have been available for a little longer. I'd had a two day travel from UK, without sleep, so I needed the rest and slept till 9.00am the morning after my arrival. By the time I washed and dressed, breakfast was over.. So I missed it. In the UK it's usually available until 11.00am in hotels, so I didn't check. Also, there was aheck if a lot of chlorine in the pool. I had to buy soothing eye drops for my granddaughter. I'll know to bring swimming goggles for our next visit.
