Spacious clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Smooth quick check in. Our room was away from the elevator and ice machine as requested.

The hotel was well insolated from outside noise but some of the other guests were noisy very late at night (more luck of the draw than the hotel's fault. It would be helpful if the food for breakfast was labelled for food allergies and restrictions, such as lactose free, diabetic friendly, gluten free.

The hotel is located in a very good area that has many amenities nearby. The room was great and the pullout couch proved to be quite comfortable. This hotel has the best breakfast service and is run exceptionally well.

The bed cover is quite heavy. Even with the air conditioning on, I couldn’t sleep with that cover on. However, there is a single sheet below.

Clean room. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. Desk service was good.

The heating system was very noisy. If turned to heat mode with fan on auto, it was ok, but on cool mode the fan was extremely noisy and you couldn’t adjust the temperature. As long as we just set a temperature and didn’t try to adjust it, it worked ok.

The computers in the business center were not terribly useful when it came time to check-in for a flight. The browser provided was not able connect to the airline's website (even though I could easily connect to it using my phone) and could not be used to access Gmail (apparently the browser version is no longer considered secure enough by Google).

The front desk staff member (Meet) went above and beyond. He was friendly and checked us in quickly. He helped us when we locked ourselves out of our room (oops). The cookie upon arrival was a nice bonus. This hotel was so close to our race event and restaurants and therefore made it an easy trip for us.

We got the room next to the elevator unfortunately and there were a lot of younger guests staying for sporting events that went up and down a fair amount so it would have been nice for us to he further away.

Location is a bit awkward to access, particularly if you come south on Clarence Avenue (need to either pass through the parking lot of an adjacent mall or need to drive past the hotel and do a U turn).

The room was so warm. Even though the heat was turned way down, it made no difference. With windows that didn't open, it was impossible to cool the room down. Also, u could hear every step that the person staying above us made. It's really poor soundproofing in the ceiling.

The front desk is so helpful. Very good location and very neat with people who are very happy with their work. There was a man they sent to check my Themostart and he was so respectful and helpful. I saw him at the dinning and I watched him closely and he was cleaning and helping people with their choice for food. This man is an Asian. He is a very hard working and everyone over there. The manager should be proud. There are inscription everywhere in the room telling you what to do at all times. This is the best hotel. I wanted to stay for another day but I have to finish my journey. I will surely go there for leisure this year. Thank you for your lovely service.

I love everything about this place

Our room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly/helpful. I was expecting a budget hotel but it exceeded my expectations, felt near luxury/high end. I will come back again.

Parking spots small and tight parking lot was only negative and it was a mild complaint.

Friendly and professional staff and perfect location for safety, shopping and eateries. Room was very spacious, had plenty of lighting and a nice size working desk.

The room a/c was noisier than used to, when operating, though it did work well.
