Family enjoyed the water slide. Pool area has a great set up and of course everyone loves the Free Wifi. Staff was friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable. Once again we enjoyed our stay, haven’t tried the breakfast as of yet!

Parking for larger trucks is in the back and only one entrance at the front of hotel to gain access. Waiting for the one elevator (side elevator) to go to room is inconvenient, as it is also the only one used to gain access to the parkade also. Swiping card each time to use the elevator. Front outside door to Main Lobby ~ only one door opened manually.

Very nice, clean hotel. Large shower and showerhead, comfortable bed, ice on every floor, friendly, courteous staff and a great restaurant on the property (Scarlet). Glass drinking glasses, great iron, great toiletries (no small bottles). Great outdoor seating and food at Scarlet! Nice view of the park.

No smart tv so basic cable only with no options. Room not upgraded with usb ports...only 1 was in clock radio. Very small fridge and no microwave. Elevators are old and quite slow to arrive. Powdered creamer for coffee. Rooms not soundproof; heard neighbor in bathroom or coughing. Lots homeless in area, few loiter in park across from hotel or even in front.

$250 for a single is a bit pricy for Saskatoon, then charging $18 for parking is a bit of an insult! The hotel is nice enough, but it is not a 5 star hotel. The shower had someone else's hair in it, about 5-6 strands of long black hair, which was not something I seen in cheaper hotels?? The pool was being cleaned and not available, which wasn't an issue to me as I would not have been able to use anyway.

The staff was super nice and good to communicate with, plus the hotel was super relaxation and comfy. Rooms were great and clean please keep up the good work, we will be back.. Xoxo

Everything was great no dislikes. My family enjoyed themselves. Maybe the check out time was too soon maybe 2-3pm would be nice next time.

Waterpark was great nice to have so many options. Restaurants were great service and delicious food! Staff was more then friendly and very helpful

From midnight to 3 am there were other guests running our halls highly intoxicated on the 5th floor and they were knocking on everyones doors and yelling for us to come out and party and telling us their names through the doors. There are alot of doors on that hall so alot of noise. They also just continued to yell and carry on. This is not the hotels fault by any means just wish they were shut down or forced to an area or their rooms.

Location to the event we were attending was great

Booked a park view and the hotel said Booking.com booked us a city view and that it happens all the time. Because the hotel was very busy we did not get what I requested and likely paid more for.

We weren't given a buffet, even though there were posters for it, so that was kind of confusing, but the meals we ate there were good.

What is going on with that garage? It looked like it was an afterthought and cars barely fit down there.

The staff were exceptional. We have a 3 year old girl and they couldn’t do enough for us. The food and menu was also amazing!

The baby pool was very cold and the whirl pool/jacuzzi were boiling so no craic had at the water park!

The hotel was perfect and the water park was great! That being said, I don't think the standard two-queen bed room is worth $200+

The price ($200 was a discounted price for a standard two-queen bed room). But the hotel, water park and staff were all great!

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was not as clean as expected. The pool has a line of grime around it, the carpet in the room needs a shampoo, the air vents in the room need to be wiped clean and there were stains on the sheets. The front desk clerk removed my parking charge for the sheet stain as a compensation.
