I liked the continental breakfast. They had actual food and not just fruit, muffins, and cereal kind of thing. They had scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon, sausages, pancakes, bagels, cinnamon buns, and more! The beds were comfy, and the room had a black out shade! Which was nice, so we weren't woken up at 6 by the sun. It was a bit pricey, but I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in saskatoon!

The hotel itself was fine. The staff were great. Bed was short for a king? Noisy outside as there are train tracks next door. Holiday inn was really good but booking.com messed up and the staff couldn’t find our reservation. It was lucky I had the emails to prove it and that they had a spare room to give us otherwise we would have had to look for a room elsewhere and I had already paid. Will likely go with another travel booking system next time. Because of the mixup, the holiday inn front desk girl gave us a suite for the same price we paid (not that she had a choice as the rooms were all booked I think)

I stayed at the Holiday inn downtown I like the locations. The room was nice and clean And I felt safe

I had trouble understanding the young man at the front desk. There was no instructions about anything in the room. I needed a pen and paper to write something down while I was on my phone and had to use my eyeliner and toilet paper. I found out from a guest when I was leaving you have to request these things since Covid. Most inconvenient.

The rooms were clean and updated. The staff was really good. The Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Both mornings were different options and the hot food items are a definite plus. The staff took very good care to ensure cleanliness and items were stocked. We will be back.

The staff were very helpful and wonderful to speak with. I liked also that there was a little canteen to get snacks. The rooms were modern and clean and felt fresh and new. We had our dogs with us and the staff were all very welcoming and even gave us treats for them. They put us near the back door to make trips outside easier too. The breakfast was quite nice and had a cozy place to eat in with complimentary newspapers. Since we were there due to a house emergency, it felt great to escape and not have to worry about anything. i wished I had thought to bring a bathing suit or workout clothes because both the pool and exercise space looked wonderful as well.

I had read somewhere on booking.com that pets did not incur an extra charge, but we were hit with an extra charge for each dog. This would have affected our budgeting for the night.

On an across Canada road trip, this hotel was by far the best! It was super clean with staff constantly disinfecting all areas. Our room was very spacious and had been thoroughly cleaned. The beds are incredibly comfortable, bathroom was also large and clean! Friendly staff, great location and superb hot breakfast! Would definitely recommend especially for the price!

Good location,parking area was neat and tidy. The hotel itself was well maintained and very clean! The breakfast area was well kept! The staff were pleasant and very helpful!

An extra charge per night of $50 appeared on my visa statement! I was not told about this at checkin and upon calling the hotel, they informed me it was a charge to cover any purchases during our stay. it will be cancelled in five to ten business days! It should be cancelled upon checkout!! Not happy with this policy!

The breakfast and the staff involved in serving it were terrific when I spoke with them. Access to the property is a bit convoluted when approaching the site from Idylwyld South.

The worst I have to say is about the accessibility to the property from the south.
