Breakfast is excellent, with many options and fresh food. The hotel location is also very good and it is close to several Santiago's attractions as restaurant and malls. The staff is always willing to help and they are very comprehensive to the guest's needs.

The hotel does not have gym and the WiFi did not work well. There are not many things to do at the Hotel beyond the garden and the bar, so keep it in mind, because it will be solely a place to rest - I would not recommend it for families with kids, for example.

The hotel agreed to change from a street facing room to a room that faced the inner courtyard. The room was large, with a large bathroom and spacious shower. The window opened into the courtyard area for fresh air. The wifi was excellent, with both of us using it for i-pad and lap top. Breakfast was ample, with freshly made scrambled eggs and lots of choices for those who prefer croissants, baguette. Cheeses and cold cuts offered as well as cereals and sweets for breakfast. Excellent full bodied coffee.The courtyard with assorted tables and chairs is totally relaxing. Good for eating and drinking (from the self service wine bar).

Staff friendly and helpful overall; secure; great location close to subway stations and lots of restaurants; upgrade provided to room with a beautiful bathroom including a tub; happily stored my luggage; great variety at breakfast and appreciated the honesty bar; quiet; really nice lounge; good housekeeping; room temp could be adjusted and bed was really comfortable

Lovely, charming hotel. Large shared sitting area including outdoor courtyard area with fountains. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and have plenty of storage area. Very convenient location within walking distance of the public sculpture garden and lots of restaurants. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, including helping to arrange a private visit to a Casablanca Valley winery (additional cost, of course). We highly recommend this hotel!

The property is beautiful and cozy. The front desk was very helpful, giving suggestions of areas of the city to explore and good restaurants. The breakfast was excellent!

The room was great, but the shower area inside the bathroom didn't have sound isolation on the floor, so the whole bathroom would get very wet after we used the shower.

we stayed here about 7 days in two separate times in january 2022. we really liked this hotel, and would highly recommend. its location is pretty good, in between 2 metro stops, on a major bus line, near a linear park, hospital, plenty of cabs. its short street closes to vehicular traffic, allowing about 6-8 very good restaurants to host outdoor seating. very nice! the rooms and common areas are very comfortable and clean in a french sort of way, like your rich great aunts home! there are grocery, drug stores, mall and restaurants nearby. rental car and underground parking garage just across the street too.

nothing really. a couple of the weekend staff were a little lacksadaisal—-normally not a problem unless youre waiting to get buzzed in. we would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best places we have stayed in all our years of travel. Exceptional staff, cleanliness, amazing breakfast, wonderful location. If I could give it 15 out of 10, would. Gives you a feeling of a huge, warm, welcoming hug!

Absolutely nothing

Beautiful building, well decorated. Very nice room with passage to the interior garden. Situated in a very friendly area, full of nice restaurants. Amazing staff.

It would be good to have more options for breakfast.

Hotel le Reve is a hidden gem…lovely rooms & public spaces; beautiful courtyard; kind, accommodating, professional staff. Exceptional breakfast, enjoyed in the reception/living rooms or outdoors.
