I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to the Canton Fair and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and most of them were able to speak English, which was a huge plus for me. However, I must say that the hotel was clearly created with the Canton Fair in mind, and as a result, it was quite overpriced during the fair. While I understand that this is to be expected given the circumstances, it was still disappointing to see such high rates. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent staff. If you're visiting Guangzhou for the Canton Fair or other events, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

it was over priced , and bed was not comfortable

They gave me the room once I reached the hotel (even before check-in time) which really helped me and I really appreciate it. The staff were very nice and helpful. The bathroom had a bidet. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the metro station which was great. It was good value for money.

The hotel looks old and the bathroom and furniture in my room looked old and used-up. There was ongoing work on the next floor so there were some noises during the daytime, but it was not a problem as the noises were not at night, but the hotel left a note in the room apologizing for the noise which was a nice gesture.

I could find no fault with the hotel. The staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety. I especially loved the washroom bcz ours had an excellent toilet seat with a warming function & bidet etc. Great stay & will definitely choose this again.

Very convenient location, either from Taojin or Ouzhuang Metro Station. Most of the people at the reception desk can communicate in English, which is a big plus. Restaurant on the 27th floor has good selection food and good quality.

Doesn't have much sitting arrangement in the lobby even though lobby is quite spacious. Hotel management can think about putting some more sitting arrangement there.

The hotel is very well located with great customer service. Rooms are clean and well ventilated.

The breakfast buffet is rather expensive with limited options for international guests. Sometimes, the cleaning services could forget the windows open, which causes noise from the road to penetrate the room (located on the 12th floor.

Well maintained property in great location. The whole staff is excellent and super helpful. The rooms very comfortable and clean. Would be back here in my next trip to Guangzhou.
