Location was excellent for conducting our business, bed and sheets used were very comfortable, amenities in the room were adequate.

I have been staying at this hotel for about ten years, although it is clean the rooms need a makeover they are looking a bit tired. The spa area needs to be updated and working properly, sauna is a like a small cupboard and the steam room was not working. Breakfast was adequate but not to the usual standards I had become to expect.

McDonalds on the second floor accessed through the business tower lifts. Yes, really - and I normally hate McDonalds! But just because I wanted to grab a quick coffee and bite to eat - which you can't do in the hotel coffee shop (see below)

Ground floor was completely dead. Coffee shop was dark and unwelcoming, with slow service and unattractive offerings. You have a great hotel, but the opportunity has been missed to make it a fun place to hang out.

the hotel is located near No.5 Taojin station, not too far to Guangzhou east railway station . Room facility is adequate with cosy accommodation. Good sanitation, scented pillow, moderate mattress，and sizable bathtub. as IHG member it offers free afternoon tea, which is a bonus.

the outdoor swimming pool, integrated with the out-layers of the hotel and had a good post at glance though, did not provide a good experience for swimmers,especially at a windy day with slight rain

Location of property. You will find good Indian, Arabic, Turkish restaurant nearby. English is a problem in China but hotel staffs are very helpful. They speak English or try to help you & make you happy. Joe is very fluent in English & do his best to serve you. Alan & other staff are also supportive. Alan will help you to know which place you need to visit.

High Price

The room space is large and breakfast’s good. The equipment in gym center is quite good. Most staff are nice.

1.The check-in is extremely slowly and surprised that the room is not ready when we arrived at 4pm! We waited for over 1 hour to get room ready after we waited at the reception desk. 2.the entrance for the gym is too far away from the hotel room which make guests inconvenient especially in the cold winter.

Dear guest, I highly recommend this hotel in terms of value for money, it’s a good deal. The room was spacious and well equipped. I would like to thank mainly Joe Torres the guest relationship manager and Karl Wong the restaurant manager who are always attentive to the needs of customers and who offer impeccable services.

The breakfast was top notch,I loved it

I didn’t use the fridge ,The workers locked it.They could have taken whatever that was So important in the fridge and allowed me to use the fridge.That was really bad considering how hot it was ,the weather.

The location is close to vital places, and the friendly staff, especially Mr. Joe Torres, helped me a lot because he is the most English-speaking employee and is always smiling.

Lack of entertainment facilities, and they must open a halal restaurant, especially since many Muslims live there

everything else except internet connection.

VERY SLOW internet connection: wired & wifi; buffering & need to refresh browser frequently. Or someone was connecting to my line and was peepping at my online activities during my stay at Crowne.
