It’s a great hotel. Awesome facilities. The room is fantastic, with a wonderful view. The infinite pool is amazing. The staff is very nice. Really enjoyed staying there.
Even though the room, other facilities and infinite pool were very clean, the pool at the first floor needed cleaning. Besides that, the vegetarian food options are very limited. Only one of the restaurants had meatless dishes, but the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Which is half of our stay. That was a big problem. The chef on the other restaurant helped us by cooking some simple fried rice with some veggies just so we would have something to eat. Also, the food and drink service at the pool only starts at 2pm and has limited options of food. The beach doesn’t have any structure, like chairs or someone to get you anything to drink. Despite all that, it’s a great hotel. If they improved these things, it would be flawless.

I was patient and understanding, knowing it was a busy holiday period, however I have come to expect better service from the rosewood group. price was highly inflated to take advantage of the holiday season too. room was large but spatial configuration made it seem smaller than it actually was.
