Hotel is great! Really classy and luxurious. We got an upgrade to a better room, and it had beautifull city view and big tub. Room also had a shower cabin, sofa, office desk and nice chair, comfy bed, walk in closet, two big LCD TVs and one small for the bathroom. Breakfast offered various and delicious food.

Pool and spa area were out of service. :(

The breakfast room was very nice and a beautiful spread but way too expensive, I’ve never paid that much for breakfast anywhere in the world. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the bed was lovely as was the bathroom, also a great view from the window, I could see Shanghai tower in the distance.

I couldn’t believe there wasn’t a coffee shop in the hotel, I arrived early evening and wanted a light meal and drink and there was nothing, never known that in a 5 star hotel. When the hotel was built it must have been very luxurious and stylish, but sadly many things are now well past there best, the carpet in my room was badly worn and full of holes, same as the furniture, chipped and scratched everywhere, such a shame as it could be a great hotel, but needs money spending on re- furbishment. Overall on my trip to China I found people very nice and friendly except the staff in the hotel, I walked in and out of the lobby 20 times or so and not once did the concierge or all the other that seemed to fill the lobby acknowledge me at all, no friendly welcome or goodbye greeting at all.

After couple days the bathroom kind of smelled because they didn’t have option to open windows and the air insulation was not strong to take the air out but other than that it was fantastic and safe. Had no trouble great lifts. No swimming pool sadly.

Hotel room is big and clean. It is near the river, can walk over for nice river view. Breakfast is great with lots of variety.

Room has only 3 electrical plug. 1st night met with short circuit in my room. However maintenance respond with quick repair. So everything is great for my 5 nights stay.

We requested hotel staff for a Taxi on 18Oct at 0230 hrs from Hotel to Airport. They staff hired a taxi with double price. As it was the last day in china we offered to pay by Dollar. The Taxi Driver agreed. Reaching the airport the driver return money (400 Cny). And 200 CNY were fake notes. That is very shocking experience from a star rated hotel. They must have fair deals about taxi drivers and ensure the safety of the guests.

The hotel location is perfect and the metro station is just outside the door of hotel. The reception is friendly, The Sir Zheng 郑 Lobby manager help me and very professional and experience. The room is very big and the bed is comfort. The view from window is nice and foot distance to Huangpu River where night is wonderful scenery . The breakfast there are lots of choice and restaurant is beautiful and modern deco. I hope to stay Eton hotel again when I visit Shanghai.

Very good location, close to metro line 4,14 and easy to find. There are coffeeshops and minimart nearby. Room is really nice, especially can enjoy the view during taking bathtub. Staff is very service mind and helpful, maids also provide us the very well cleaning.

The location of the hotel is really good - metro station literaturely at the exit of hotel. There are shops, cafes, luckin coffe, fruits around the hotel, it's not crowdy around. The room was good, it has a view, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The center of Pudong new area, Lijiazui, is in 20-25 minutes of walk (or 2 station of metro) and walking is pleasant around the district. Worth it's money.

Ｗonderfully located in Pudong. Very close to a subway station and only a short walk to Lujiaziu Financial District. I was lucky enough to get a river-view room. The beds were comfy, and the room was big and spacious. An old-school luxury hotel.

The cleaning could've been better on the cupboards and the bathroom window. Also, they have teabags and coffee but no teacups. You essentially drink your tea and coffee out of the glasses provided to you in the bedroom. My shower gel was also not refilled.

Breakfast buffet is very good. Room was good and clean. Staff was always helpful. The hotel is located next to a Metro station which made getting around the city easy.

Some of the hotel restaurants were not open for service. Laundry service is expensive. There not many good restaurants located around the area.
