Just stayed for one night so I couldn't explore the whole facility. The room was big and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Not much to do around the hotel, specially at night. Even though is really close to the city center the location is pretty much a residential area. The breakfast had a lot of choices, we really enjoyed it.

It was a bit hard to comunicate with the staff in English.

Shelly was extremely welcoming and helpful. She spoke English, which was very important to me. I enjoyed my stay because of the staff. The breakfast buffet was reasonably nice, and it was better than I expected.

The room was very dusty. The gym and pool were under construction, which was a shame because I was looking forward to it.

Stunning view and lovely room. Staff were very helpful, especially one gentlemen in particular who helped us order food to the hotel as we arrived quite late. Took about 20 minutes to get to the centre. Restaurant on the 50th floor was pretty cool and served some nice food.

Some of the outlets didn’t work which was a little annoying.

The whole thing was good specially, big Tom duty manager he was so amazing very professional I wish I can steal him from the hotel .

As I said, on the above good facility, very cleaned, organized, tidy the front desk team was very helpful,specially the duty manager Tom.

Very good hotel. Big and clean rooms. There are cattle, tea, and coffee in the room. Very good and professional staff. Always ready to help. A young man at the reception Kody (sorry, if the name is wrong) tried to do his best to help us to buy tickets to the Disneyland. .

Controked heater. The room was very hot... I couldn't control the heater in my room (no access), had to open the window, hair quality was not good during my stay, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was really up to high standard. I liked the hotel facilites such as warm pool, cleanliness of the room and WCs, revolving restaurant on the top floor, the view, the friendliness of the hotel staff etc.

Beatiful hotel in the center of Shanghai. Great friendly staff. Awesome breakfast with "flying and rotating restaurant". Great view of all the skyline. Gym with great equipment.

The pool wasn't open

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Atlantis. The location is quite close to the subway stations, the Ocean Aquarium, and the Oriental Pearl Tower (minimum Didi fare). The Huangpu River (not The Bund area exactly) is within walking distance from the hotel-we actually took a walk. Looking from the outside (and even inside) you can simply tell that the hotel is quite old but it’s well maintained, the aircon in the room works fine, and the food’s not bad. But best of all, the staff was all very accommodating, courteous, and friendly. They always seemed to try their best to meet our requests in ways possible. Superb customer service! We were elated to be served by "Kobe" at the Reception area. He's the best! He gave us a room upgrade, the view from our window was spectacular (46th floor) and when he learned that it was my birthday, he sent a free personal cake to our room and even gave us a considerable discount (not the room rate) when we had a change of plan to extend our stay. Because of this, we were able to enjoy a light early dinner buffet which they call “Happy Hour” and a breakfast buffet the following day at a reasonable price. Not to forget, Jessica who welcomed us at “Art 50” (Revolving Restaurant) on the 50th floor for the Happy Hour. We will never forget our first experience in this hotel! All worth it, will definitely come back and would even recommend it to family and friends. Kudos to you guys!👍🥰 keep it up!
