A wonderful service apartment hotel with good view of Pangian Finance Tower Building. The staff were really good and always had a smile while helping for booking cab or anything we asked. The location is near Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre so quite idle for visitors and very good location near to Sego Electronics and Huanggang Port for people who want to travel back to Hongkong.We being vegetarian it had limited options but we were happy with the meal

The receipt staff are friendly. The overall design of the room is nice (Two-Bedroom Duplex Suite). The location is ok (if the guest can order a taxi from Didi). Room service is economical. Free TV episodes with a lot of choices.

The refrigerator in the living room is old and does not match the design of the living room. Water leaps out from the standup bathroom.

Nice and clean hotel, just a distance walk to Metro Shixia, use Exit A. Peaceful neighbourhood and safe. The Hotel lobby is also well fragrant. There is a Convenient store just next to the hotel and a block walk to the community stalls nearby. Breakfast for us is good as we're Asian. Then Asian BF is fine as always. Bakery is great too. The staff is superb and check in/out super fast.

The location is pretty good, under ten minutes walk to Coco Park station/mall and not far from Futian high speed rail. I was actually given an upgraded room which was on a high floor and a loft (two floors). So I appreciate that. The room had a decent view of the Shenzhen downtown, including the Ping An Financial Center, which looked pretty cool at night. They also let me check in early. Price is pretty low for the area. So all in all I am quite satisfied.

The room was big with separate living area and bed room. The hotel has also good amenities like fitness room and free self service laundry facility. It is located 5 minutes walk from Coco Park shopping complex and Shopping Park metro station. Also, the about 400m away from Shixia Station. I had a very good stay in this hotel.

The shower still had hair from a previous guest that was never cleaned out. I’m guessing that housekeeping might not have enough time to clean the showers and baths.

Walking distance 10-15 mins walk to exhibition centre and Coco Park

The cold water shower tap was labelled the wrong way. Both hot and cold were labelled to turn anti clockwise where infact hot was anti clockwise and cold was clockwise

The hotel is located in the center of the city, near the bus and subway, the room is OK, the service staff are very warm, the front desk Xiaolu and xaiowang for my service, the next opportunity to come.

I already paid during checkin so I’m not sure why it took a little longer to checkout than checkin. Also you can hear noise through windows so not the most quiet room.

Although the building and interiors looked dated, we were impressed with the upkeep and cleanliness of the rooms.

Duplex room twin rooms are spacious but inconvenient and not so functional for luggage.
