Gotta say the best about the place are the employees, first, they know English well, which makes it the best place to stay for foreigners. Second, there was a typhoon (Saola) that almost hit Shenzhen during my stay, the staff got me into a room in a corner that was protected from heavy wind, which made my stay much safer during such an Event, so kudos for that! The breakfast was excellent. The room had a good bed, and the shower was good.

The room I stayed in initially (1525) had some creepy art frames within it, where the eyes of the art follow you. Also, the electric system had some failures on the last day, making one of the lamps burn suddenly. This forced me to ask to move to another room (2025), which was great and had better art frames and a more stable electric system.

Very good breakfast, executive floor food / drinks, clean room and nice shower area, location is excellent. Staff and service in front desk when check in and out very good and polite. Gym is good even no time to use it.

Negative things were air condition inlet cleanness especially in executive floor, there is clear mold on it. I mentioned this to floor staff. Cleaning of tables in executive room was slow and I had to move used dishes elsewhere because table was full already. Looks not enough staff looking at least in back side room, many tables very full of used dishes. Bed in room is a bit hard but normal in Asia...Pool could be opened earlier than 1st May.

The location is very good, just opposite the shopping complex and it is located right at the metro station. Can walk to the malls through underground walk way. Exhibition centre is also just 2 streets away. The room is spacious, clean and comfort. Selection of breakfast is variety from local to western cuisine.

I can hear people talking outside the room in the middle of the night.

super big room / suite. the access to club lounge really make the difference. Good gym equipments. It's a pity the outdoor pool is not open, that woud make the hotel perfect! I don't think I can catch covid outdoor easier than indoor! stop that non-sens.

Hotel is a bit old (90 decoration), The outdoor pool is closed " due to covid" for more than a year. That's a joke: If the outdoor pool was open the hotel would be perfect. The indoor pool is good but staff there is really not helping and both GYm and pool are not private for the hotel.

The room was very big and comfortable, and enough room for 3 people to sleep. We got a free extra bed upon request, courtesy to the hotel staff. The gym, pool, club facilities were great. I liked the buffet breakfast too.

Just that with booking. Com reservations, you cannot get marriott bonvoy points. Next time I would book on the marriott website.

Friendly and supportive Staff

Air Condition in All public rooms incl. elevator was set far to cold. Lots of energy could be saved at 75% settings.

Although this is not a new hotel, the maintenance of everything in the room, bathroom is so good. Location is also great. Shopping and eating is just within short walking distance around.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Shelly managing the front desk who always makes us feel at home. We will definitely return.

Check in manager was excellent, he spoke good English and delivered a great service as he checked me in. I was allowed access to my room prior to the normal check in time and also given a room upgrade. As I was being enrolled for membership the check in manager offered me breakfast at a substantial discount. Needless to say I had lunch and breakfast at the hotel are both were a very good standard of food and service.

The room decor is a little dark although exceptionally clean and well equipped.
