Everyone at the Check in counter spoke good English and everyone else good Spanglish! Food was good and service was wonderful. Absolutely NO complaints here!

Clean and quiet room. Everything perfect. Location of hotel is good, close to airport having small supermarket located arround the corner. Good for short business stay but do not recommended for holidays.

I tried to call reception upon arrival at Bogota airport as they promised me that they will arrange pick up by hotel shuttle. Unfortunatley they didn´t pick up the phone during more than ten calls so I had to use an airport taxi to go to hotel. At least no issue with friendly taxi driver charging adecuate amount for this trip.

The location was good in terms of proximity to the airport & US Embassy, but there’s nothing good around at a walk distance. Breakfast is really good. Dinner is mediocre & expensive compared to other places around. The housekeeping lady was phenomenal!!!!! She’s the best!!!!!

The young “gentlemen” with glasses at the dinning area was rude with us because we got breakfast 3 minutes before their breakfast time. I get that I should wait 3 minutes until 6:00AM, but there was no reason to be rude with us. That’s ridiculous!

Staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are really soundproof and it was great. I spent just a few hours at the hotel, but everything I used worked fine. Close to the airport.

The entrance to the hotel is kind of tricky and we had to ask to arrive to the right place, but it wasn't hard. We only spent a few hours at the hotel (most of them sleeping), my review does not cover all the services the hotel provide.

Conveniently located close to the airport and the bus terminal of Salitre. Classic business hotel with all the expected essentials: comfortable bed, great shower, 24hr restaurant with good food and abundant portions, security, professional personnel.

Breakfast was rather poor in choice to start with and when we got there most things were either almost finished or outright finished and did not get replenished: fruit, bread and eggs. Restaurant menu was only in Spanish, which for a 4-stars business hotel in a capital city i think it’s unacceptable.

My fiance and I have stayed here several times in the past two months. The staff are excellent and the place is very clean. There's a beautiful view from the lobby on the 9th floor overlooking the city. Some of our favorite bars in all of Bogota are 2 blocks down the street in the bar area of Modelia. 'Stones' is excellent with all the great rock songs from the 70's, 80's, 90's. Best part is the priceless videos are played in conjunction with the music. You can either go to the small Stones bar or the bigger one very close by. Both have live music on Fridays and Saturdays. Some of the best live rock bands I've ever seen. We prefer the small stones bar but have had some great times at the bigger Stones bar a minute's walk away. The smaller bar also has a solo acoustic guitarist who sings some really cool rock songs on Thursday night. It's not easy finding good pizza in Colombia if you're from the states. Colombia has there own style of pizza and it takes a while to get use to it but both Stones serve up a more American style of pizza which I really enjoy. Also the wings are really good. There's nothing fancy about this bar but it's got character and it's a true great choice for sitting back with the great Colombian people and getting away from the tourist scene. Just relax and have a drink and give the bartender your request for your favorite rock music and they'll be glad to play it. It's just so cool seeing those old rock songs with the band members and live concerts and all kinds of excellent produced videos. I'm from the States but I've been going to this bar for 9 years. Another one of my favorites is right next door to the small 'Stones' called 'Soda'. This place also has a lot of character and you'll meet many local Colombians. The service is outstanding and the drinks are awesome ! Just give your rock song requests to the bartender and enjoy the great Rock videos.

The hotel is really close to the airport and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a great breakfast and the restaurant view is beautiful!. The room was big and comfortable and the bathroom as well. Really clean!

There are not so many restaurants close by (walking distance) so you do have to take a taxi to go to other places.

Very convenient to the airport and loved that breakfast was included. Right next to a dollar store in case you needed something which was great. Staff was very friendly and loved that there was a full restaurant/bar off the lobby so you could easily get food after a long day of sightseeing with a comfortable room/bed. Shuttle driver was very nice too.

I'm not sure why but it was pretty dusty in my room. It was clean other than that.

The staff was great, very friendly and very eager to help. The view of the city I had was very nice.

No room service. If you leave early (4 to 5) there no breakfast. My bathroom door didn't close properly and I had to have my hand on it.
