The staff was very friendly and the price was reasonable. The location is great... close to bars, restaurants, night clubs, grocery stores, easy access to transportation, etc., etc.
Because of the nightlife the location is very loud and you could hear a lot of people walking in the hallway late at night/crack of dawn. As typical in many cities, there's no AC in the room since the weather in Bogota tends to be somewhat cold. But for those of us accustomed to controlling your room temperature, it could be a problem.

Good location with many lunch and dinning options. Very friendly and helpful staff, what made our stay very comfortable. One of the best experiences in hotel living. Special breakfast every morning, not very wide selection, but always made specially for you. Fresh fruits every morning. Staff always ready to help if some questions about Bogota.
Nothing to add from my side, fully enjoyed my stay in Bogota.

The staff were nice. The hotel is calm and modern. The rooms are big and the bed was huge. The shower had perfect hot water. And there was a window which can be opened (at last, thank you!) and had ample sound protection when closed!
Everything was pretty clean, except the shower which was a bit dirty and wet (seemed like someone was using it moments ago). There was also a surcharge of 12.000COP for security or something. I didn't see it on Booking. The bad was huge and nice, but a bit hard. Breakfast is simple but adequate.
