I like this place. If you are looking for a budget hotel in Fontibón, I recommend it. It's a good place and the staff at the front desk was great.

It so big noise echoes. You can hear the TV in the lobby on the 5rh floor. One thing. I was laying on the bed when I heard keys outside my door. I said "Hola" but the maid opened the door anyway. She did not say anything and just closed the door. I still like the place

Close to airport

Only outside window Is on the busy calle 17 side. Loud bar/discoteca close on the corner. No window insulation. Impoossible to sleep without ear plugs - AND still noise.

Close to the airport after a late flight, the hotel is convenient, has a secured parking lot and spacious rooms. The breakfast was solid.

Water pressure is not high enough for the waterfall shower heads :-). Quality of breakfast is good, there could be more of it though.

I like the convinience of being very close to the airport. The hotel is very clean and good looking. The employees very corteous and helpful.

Down side during my stay: there was a bad chimical smell in the room, the TV was broken and had to be replaced, no hot watter, the 3rd fllor was dark, no lights and the room number missing from the door. It was my 3rd time at this hotel.

Great location, close to the airport, and a great price okay for a one night stay. Breakfast was good.

Room was very cramped, really only room for the bed and not much else. Was also very noisy and difficult to sleep.

The add in the app didn't say that they will charge me more if I use a credit car, or worse, that the price would go up if I paid in american dolars, I ended up paying 17% more. Also, they don't show pictures of the single room.

Rooms are not like shown in the pictures. Definitely do not recommend them at all.

Facility is not as shown in booking.

The toilet seat is no secure, the hot water in the shower take long time to get warm, the window doesn't close properly, TV signal very poor and the WiFi very slow.

the cleaning staff at the facility were very good, they were doing their job very meticulously.

we arrived at the hotel late at night and although we were very tired, the lady who has black hair at the reception kept us waiting for hours and could not do a transaction. She doesn’t speak English and can’t do the calculation correctly, Unfortunately, this situation made us very uncomfortable.
