I loved everything, wish we had stayed here on the first leg of our Bogota journey. Loved that the shuttle was operating up to midnight and started earlier in the morning.

I would clarify the shuttle instructions as the first floor means you have to go up one level from arrivals (National) and then go OUTSIDE the doors and cross the road where there is a big hotel bus meet up. the airport doesn’t even have good signage for this and we got conflicting info inside the airport. Also I messaged the property on booking and they never responded unlike other comparable hotels .

The staff was friendly and helped me to get a boxed lunch in the morning before my early departure. They also called to inform me of an issue with the airport transportation. Overall very friendly and a comfortable place to stay.

I was not informed that my girlfriend couldn't come to my room unless she was also on reservation. The staff saw us come in together and should have explained that. When we tried to go to the elevator she was told NO and I don't think this is a good policy.

Very close to airport so very convenient. Nice facilities and works great for flying in and out of the airport.

Shuttle only comes 1x per hour, so we had to wait a while after landing on two occasions for it to come. The first shuttle to the airport is 6 am, so on one flight we had to take a taxi to the airport instead (which was pretty cheap and easy, set up by the hotel). Breakfast doesn't start until 6 am so we missed breakfast on two occasions.

I have stayed here many times, and this was again up to the usual high standard. We stayed for a total of 5 nights in two visits. The room was super-clean, with a very comfortable bed and a spacious room. The staff are very attentive, efficient and friendly. The hotel is so close to the airport that our room was level with the end of the runway, so if you really get an emergency, it's possible to walk to the terminal in a few minutes. Our room, even if it was level with the runway, was still quiet and we were not disturbed by the aircraft at all. I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a stop-over or indeed for a city visit, as a taxi to the city centre is about 40,000 pesos, £8, $10.

The restaurant used to have a really good menu with a lot of choice, but after the pandemic there seems to be a very-much abbreviated menu. I have found this to be the case everywhere and is not a direct criticism of this hotel. I just wish we could get back to pre-pandemic days!

It was really a nice one night stay after a long flight. There was a big shower with hot water. Room and bed very comfy. Quite close to the airport. Breakfast was ok - they dont speak English though.

The information I got for the airport shuttle says it would leave every full our - which is not true. Also the floor is wrong. I missed the shuttle due to that and had to pay an overpriced taxi. Which is also fine - but just adjust the information.

Hotel with impeccable standards. Rooms are modern at the European level and spotlessly clean. i also loved that although it was close to the airport I did not hear a single plane. Highly recommend. But the heart of this hotel is its staff. I had an medical issue at breakfast and had to be brought back to my room and the staff was so helpful nice and just all around incredible. It made a terrible situation for me so much easier because every single person was so kind.

Breakfast was OK, but dinner options were poor and the food was not great at dinner. It was difficult to figure out where the shuttle was located (go to second floor of airport, not first floor like signs say). I wrote to the hotel 3 times in both Spanish and English asking where to find the shuttle. They never answered.

The hotel manager on duty on 1st January was excellent. Our pre-booked taxi failed to arrive. He did his utmost to ensure we received a refund. He also arranged alternative transport for us. He spent about one hour sorting out this problem, we are very grateful to him for his time and effort.

The airport shuttle organized by the hotel now leaves from level 2 gate 5, this alteration was not sent to us even though we requested it.

The room was spacious, clean and had a comfy bed. Location was perfect if you need to stay close to the airport. Staff is nice and helpful.

My expectations were not met as the Breakfast was super bad for a Marriot hotel. The breakfast bar is so small and so are the options to choose from. I would pay extra to have a decent brekfast. Wifi was ok.

Honestly, everything. The location next to the airport is ideal for travelers. The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, and their shuttle bus service was convenient. I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay at Courtyard by Marriott.
