the staff was great. since the guys who provided free breakfast, the cleaning lady to the front desk, all were just amazing. especial thanks to Sergio, Joan and Joan at the front desk. also the people serving the breakfast and the Wonderfully lady who everyday clean the room. In addition the Laundry service is a nice touch.

something the cleaning at your floor start early. but is was not a problem

Location is perfect, walk to the right and everything is there. Staff are very friendly. They have snacks and drinks in the room which you can pay for at the end of your stay which is very convenient. I only managed to have the breakfast twice which I enjoyed, the view for breakfast is stunning. You can get them to make your eggs however you like. Nice pancakes and French toast. Different options on both days. Glad they also provided conditioner with shampoo. Can also ask for an iron. Requests are dealt with very quickly.

Laundry was more expensive than I was expecting it to be.

Location is GREAT. Close to the metro and also to the most highly recommended area for restaurants, bars, and clubs. Breakfast is fine, nothing special but nice to have an included breakfast with coffee and a variety of breakfast options. It is loud at night, the rooms are not soundproofed well against the street noise, so be warned that you will hear chatter and music and maybe even drums. Not an issue for us but giving notice to others. A/C was strong and great. The shower was awesome.

Slightly overpriced for what you're getting room-wise. You're paying for location and a great staff who are very accommodating.

I liked the location just far enough from the loud discos so you can still have a good night sleep and close enough to walk around the busy night life areas. The apartment itself is spacious except for the bathroom. If you are a big person I would not recommend it. Kitchen was well equipped. Wifi was strong in the living room but not in the bed room. The bed was good and comfortable. Airco worked fine.

The bathroom is really too small. You can hardly move around. Need to turn on your own axis on one tile so not to bump into anything. And I'm not a big person.

Great location a short walk from Poblado metro station and all the bars and restaurants. Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, good storage space and large shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast varied each day which was nice, amazing view of the city from the breakfast room, shame the rooms didn’t have the same view!

Only negative is the laundry service. Was so expensive!!! Wouldn’t have minded paying as much but the majority of our clothes came back smelling as if they hadn’t been washed or hadn’t been washed with any fabric softener. Unfortunately put a bit of a downer on our stay but aside from that, was great!

I enjoyed the level of customer service provided by the staff members. I would also like to send big praises to Javier(I think that's his name) he always served us coffee during breakfast time with a positive attitude and a smile. There are very few like him left in this world.

I did not like that most of the time the breakfast was cold. However, the portions have improved and they even encourage seconds. Also the noise level during night time is very present. You will hear music bumping, other guests, traffic noise etc.

-Great location -amazing lady at the reception ( I think the name is Loren) very helpful and friendly, her English was superb ; she was able to organise taxi for me to the airport ( I had to go around 3 am) ; they booked it when I arrived when I enquired about this possibility which gave me peace of mind also helped me finding some tours -clean - available mini bar / snacks in the room - very comfortable bed & pillows

A little on the expensive side

The location. Tucked away from the louder busier areas off the main street, but still only moments away from all amenities. Friendly & helpful staff throughout the hotel. Spacious & comfortable room. Big bathroom with big walk in shower. Beautiful breakfast room with amazing panorama across the city. Absolutely stunning views.

Power points & light switches in the room could have been more thoughtfully located.

the staff in this hotel is amazing. from the reception staff, to the cleaning staff and the staff at the breakfast. very nice people, and very helpful. when i was waiting for my Uber the guy at the reception helped me with spotting the Uber and helped me with the luggage. all colleagues at reception were nice. at breakfast the people are also super nice. and cleaning lady was also super attentative always with a smile. not every hotel has friendly staff. this Torre Poblado has chosen its staff very well, i will definitely come back!

Room was comfortable and bathroom big.

We had a 2nd floor room with interior patio window so we didn’t have much of natural light and in the evening the noise coming from the club next door was quite loud. We could not get a breakfast pack for a 7am tour, even if we asked for it day before. The restaurant and hotel are not the same company and they could not coordinate it which was a bit frustrating knowing that most of the tours start early morning.
