The wonderful staff went out of their way to communicate, despite our almost non existent Spanish! This made our stay very special . The atmosphere was like a pleasant little country hotel in a lovely garden. Hidden but well situated in the big city makes it a perfect place to stay. The breakfast was very good and served on the covered garden terrace.

It wasn’t a huge problem but, we were sad to see the restaurant was only open for breakfast, as dinner on the terrace at one’s hotel is always pleasant .

Surrounded by trees and plants. Staff were great, especially the guy at reception. He fixed the safe in our room, arranged for someone to come to the hotel for a pre-flight Covid test, and spoke Spanish slowly and distinctly so that I could understand. He also speaks excellent English. Breakfast was good.

The restaurant doesn’t serve evening meals and it’s a 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurants. But I think that’s necessary given the trees and quiet location. Some reviewers have said that it is up a steep hill, but we are two ladies in our seventies and didn’t mind at all.

From the moment Lorena greeting me and checked me in until the day I left, the service was perfect. The room was of a good size, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had shampoo and soap as well as two towels. And the room was cleaned and rearranged when I got back in the evening. But the best thing is probably the location. Just a few hundred meters from all the action (restaurants and bras). The staff is awesome and will help you with everything you may need. Highly recommended.

The breakfast could be slightly better as far as the variety. In the room, the electrical outlets where far from the bed, tucked inside the closet which by the way did not close. Actually the were a lot of closets but the doors could not be closed.

The hotel is beautiful. We loved the vegetation around the property and the rustic feel of the rooms. The best part of our stay was the staff, especially Lorena. She made us feel welcome even before we arrived. She arranged a cab for us to and from the hotel. She even had sandwiches prepared for us on the day we left to take with us because we left before breakfast started. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend it.

Having some snacks like chips on site for purchase would be nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in such a good location, very near Poblado, but just away so that it’s not as crazy! The hotel was very quaint with great facilities. The breakfast was very good. All the staff were very lovely and helpful. Lorraine was very welcoming and helped us with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend, perfect for couples.

We had a room by the road which could be a little loud if there was traffic

Very comfortable hotel, in a quiet area but at walking distance from the center of El Poblado. Very professional and efficient Lorena, receptionist, who speaks good English and also a little French, and very kind and precise Sugey, maid for my room and for breakfast. Both made me feel right at home. The breakfast was good, even if it could be improved a little. Parking for my motorbike comfortable and safe.

Beautiful hotel, a green oasis, spotlessly clean, with friendly and helpful staff. It's situated in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood just a short stroll from the bars, shops cafes and restaurants of El Poblado.

The soundproofing was not great. This was not a problem as the other guests were not noisy. Also my room was on the roadside; there is no traffic at night but during the day you can hear the passing cars as they struggle up the hill. I recommend requesting a room overlooking the garden.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast every morning. Quiet location and a 10 minute walk or $3 taxi to Calle 10 where all the restaurants and bars are. Security is good.

The rooms are quiet because they are made of stone but the room doors are paper thin which lets in a bit of noise from the reception area.

The time for breakfast only until 9 am and you need to pay extra if you like some additional stuff in your breakfast. That mean is not total included as the Hotel say in the portal of Booking.com

Staff was very kind and caring, whenever I needed something they were there to help. Air conditioner worked perfectly. Breakfast is good. There are many places, restaurantes, bar, mall, cinema and transportation nearby.

Location is very good, however if you don't have a car, you are facing a good steep walk from "El Poblado", not bad though, and it is a safe place, alternatively you can pick up a cab. Advice to management: Leave a blanket in the closet just in case the rooms gets a little drafty.
