Beautiful Hotel with a lot of potential, still under renovations, very close to Malecon and city centre (waking distance) friendly staff specially all the ladies working in the breakfast area, room service and front desk. when we left Alina Robinson, Paola Herrera and Cila Rizo check us out, they were very helpful, we had a bit of a hiccup when we arrived with the front desk lady, but we managed to enjoy ourselves of what the beautiful Island of San Andres has to offer. Pool was clean.

What I didn't like was the fact that we were travelling with a friend and her son with a disability was told that he had to were a wrist band which made him very uncomfortable and she went on about if you lose it a replacement will be $$$ bla bla bla then we were given all the ins and outs of the hotel, we were offered insurance just in case we were injured during our stay or sign a waiver, then soon we realised that due to the renovations going on you are likely to slip, fall or trip as some of the renovations are half done or not done correctly like our shower door was 10cm longer and we couldn't close it properly and made it hazardous all the bathroom floor gets wet and slippery our shower head was broken a ceiling hatch was uncovered.

The staff is awesome and extremely helpful the breakfast is fantastic. The room was ok but I expected a little more for a "superior room". There is hot water and a nice view. The hotel is in good condition overall. Altough the hotel is located 5 minutes from downtown and the beach, it's pretty quiet

The AC felt pretty much like outside, it was not really cold. The refrigerator had to be changed but it was done in a matter of 5 minutes after being reported. Room service options are limited to fast food, it says that you can request this service up to 9:30 pm, however I called at 9 and was informed it was already closed. After day 2 the bathroom had a weird smell.

From the moment I checked in at reception, to the waitstaff, housekeeping, and maintenance. The staff is very friendly. The food is very good especially if it's raining and you need to order in. The location is ideal, 5 minutes from beach, stores all around.

We had a severe toilet leak where it started to smell, the bathroom floors should be bleached as well as the towels and sheets. Need to improve WIFI needs to be better. But what do you expect on an island.

The view and the room made our stay very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

The dinner we prepaid for 2 nights but only ate there one night as it was a very small buffet with limited options. I asked to do a money exchange and wasn’t informed a 3rd party was coming to do so and took them 30 minutes to get there. I went to the lobby early as we had a planned excursion that I required pesos. I asked for an iron and it didn’t function.

Very modern,it was tastefully decorated, amazing beds and AC worked perfect !! Warm water was also a plus. Very good food and great service !!!

I loved the property, however the hotel required an authorization form to process the credit card payment 48 hours before my arrival date. This was annoying as I was on vacation in a Town of Medellin which had horrible wifi and I had no access to a printer. I was in contact with a John Morales, after 3 calls and message through was app. I had to call the facility and finally spoke to him. I was lucky enough to have found someone who allowed me to use their printer. Once he got the form I did not hear back from him to confirm. I sent him few messages without a response. I was worry for the rest of my trip thinking I was going to arrive and have no room for my family. Finally a day before my arrival I spoke to a Belkis who was able to confirm my reservation. She was excellent!!!

Wow! Expensive by San Andres standards, but worth it to me. I selected one of the most expensive rooms and it was glorious. Corner room with huge glass, balcony, King bed. Bath with everything you might need, including a sewing kit, which I needed, Good WiFi but spotty speed at times. The staff was very nice and helpful. Good pool. Excellent meals.

WiFi was generally good, but not the best hotel WiFi I've seen. Essentially no written information about the hotel was provided, so I missed dinner, Be sure to ask about this and other services at the desk. There is a disco next door, but there is an 11 pm curfew due to the pandemic, so it was only a little bother.

The staff was very attentive and kind, always looking to providing us with the best service. They were very kind to our kid, and that is a must for us. The hotel is new, the breakfast

This hotel was amazing, the check in process, the room, the breakfast, everything was perfect, all of the employe from the front desk and from the kitchen they were really helpful.

they did not clean well the room and for my is so importante to have hot water when I’m going to take a shower and the hotel did not have hot water it was really annoying that situation.

Big room, close to center and to the beach, good breakfast and friendly staff

It is not possible to open the window and if you are like me and do not like air conditioning, it’s not that great. The WIFI is very weak, but it is a general problem on the island.
