It was a good location, close to Spratt Bight and shopping. The reception and porters were friendly. Same goes for the service staff at breakfast. Breakfast was good, buffet style, had a good selection.

Room service worked well for food. One thing we didn’t enjoy was the little amount of water from the faucet and shower. We had an issue with housekeeping however, a pair of brand new Oakley sunglasses ( $170 USD ) “ magically walked out of the room “. The reception went to call housekeeping and it never got resolved. We had the most expensive King suite with a balcony. I was pretty disappointed in the dishonest housekeeping staff ( a person in this case ).

The size of the room was amazing, beautiful room, comfortable bathroom, nice balcony. It is a modern hotel. Staff was very friendly, people working in the breakfast buffet very helpful same the guy in the reception. Nice people

The swimming pool is deep enough for kids, because of this all the kids need to be in the stairs of the swimming pool making it uncomfortable for everybody who come in and come out from the pool, it is an adults pool, kids can’t enjoy it, my two kids 5-6 were very disappointed because of this. For kid they have an extremely small area where the water doesn’t cover the kids feet. It is occupied with sun beds for adults, it can’t be considered a “kids area” Second point, breakfast, no variety of food and during busy hours you need to wait for scramble eggs or basics products as bread, it should have more options as Arepas ( San Andres is still Colombia)

The hotel is pretty new and amazing. Comfy beds, good shower (with hot water), nice commom areas and an amazing pool! The breakfast is also excellent. Especial thanks to the manager, I think his name is John May, who solved my problem with the room (hearing the problem in the radio). Thank you a lot!

Had problems with my first room (strong smell of cigarets) and the staff wasnt very helpful in the trade. One of the employees even laughed when I told her the story. Thaks to the manager who heard it on the radio, everything was solved and the stay was amazing.

By far the BEST hotel on the entire island! It is brand new, basically in new condition and it beautiful. It evidently is the best hotel around - all the other hotels looked very old and dingy. Aquamere was fantastic. GREAT breakfast! great facilities, very nice and big room. The rooftop pool was incredible and the rooftop restaurant. The food at the hotel was all really good. Highly recommend staying here and a two minute walk to the beach

The cleaning wasn't the best, we found the shower floor wasn't always cleaned but other then this everything was fine.

The property is in walking distance from the beach and all the commerce. It’s super clean and has an outside restaurant and area to sit to have a drink. The general manager and front desk staff were amazing and super helpful! our room was cleaned daily and all housekeeping staff were wonderful. we truly enjoyed our stay and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a huge variety of options.

I wish the pool stayed open later, it would close at 7pm. I would also recommend a small shop near reception with items such as water, beverages, snacks for late night.

The hotel is beautiful, and have a good location. Good Drinks, good food. The room was good, and the pool area is good. Easy checkout, some people very kind.

Breakfast is good but too small food area when is crowdy. The towell service at room was not good enough, some time we didn't receive the correct amount of towels. The cleaning ladies didn't clean very good the room each day.

Visited San Andres minimum 7 times and this was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Outside a few airbnb's this is probably the best property on the island. In terms of location to the downtown area and beach, it's just a couple blocks. Great staff and amazing breakfast every morning. Pool and restaurant area had ample waitstaff and some nice appetizers. Will stay again no doubt.

The hotel has a swimming pool, bar, restaurant and small shop on the ground floor. Overall, it's clean and confortable. It's in a central location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. There's a great view from the top floor of the hotel.

The customer service in the restaurant and bar could be improved. The internet connection was not great. The weren't any tours/activities that you could book straight from the hotel.

The location is close to the beach and the duty free shops. The room is spacious modern and clean. The breakfast was nice. The terrace is pleasant for sunset drinks.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. The balcony chairs need cleaning. There wasnt much toileteries in the room, not even a shower cap.

Theses are small and probably most are do to the fact we are used to different style hotel 1. no coffee maker in the room 2. did not put a credit card on file to charge to room. had to pay balance off twice during our stay. we understand this was for security reasons
