Our stay was simply amazing from start to end. We got a double room with balcony in the third floor. Checking in was fast and pretty easy, everything was in order and everything was crystal clear. We were actually surprised they take cleanliness very seriously and do a thorough clean every day (scrubbing floors, new sheets, new towels, new blankets). Aircon and TV work flawlessly. Breakfast was superb and quite big which I loved. There was a nice assortment of options including fruits, breakfast cereal, yogurts, beverages, soups, eggs, traditional sausages, arepas, bread… quite the assortment for real! This is a very quiet neighbourhood and it’s just a block away from the beach. There’s the Zazue mall at walking distance which has plenty of things to do and visit. The hotel even provides beach tents at a cheaper fare than the guys at the beach. You’re even welcomed to bring your own snacks and store them in your mini bar. High ceilings (which I personally love). The staff was super friendly and easy to reach at all times. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Extremely pleased. No hidden fees. Read some regular reviews in Google and I was quite worried but this place ended up exceeding by far any of our expectations. Best hotel stay so far. Wish we could stay longer!

The main door was a bit hard to close, possibly misaligned, and there were very few finishes that might need a touch up in the bathroom but it was nothing actually noticeable. The common wear and tear. This is just to put something here since everything was superb.

The hotel is well located, just next to the beach and with lots of pools and common areas, parking, gym, etc. The room had nice curtains to make it really dark and at the same time lot of sunlight during the day. The A/C was good and the shower was strong. Service was good. I read in some review that the facilites were old but I did not get that impression at all. I think overall it was a great value to stay next to the beach and close to the airport. A big supermarket and a mall are very close.

It is near the best hotels in Santa Marta, beach is very good and safe. One of the best spots for beach in Santa Marta. The proximity to Zazue shopping/dinning mall gives extra points, also the staff, they are giving the extra mile to make you comfortable.

The installations of the hotel are a bit old and need some maintenance, for example paint could be better, but to be honest value/money rate is the best hotel, breakfast was very good, service and location. The gym was also good!

Nice hotel with good pools and nice food.

There are no vegatarian options in the restaurant for diner. However, they made a pasta with vegetables for us which was really nice. The staff does not talk English at all, but with Google translate we managed to talk with them.

- Its important for security to put a rail in the stairs. There’s a section without!!!! - As a guest is a bad experience being charge for the tents in the beach. must be included maybe with a previous reservation! - some times the eggs are cold

The hotel is really comfortable, the food is delicious, everything is clean and the staff is very kind. I only stayed for one night, so I didn't have the time to use the pools, but what I saw was really good

The bathroom with the curtain isn't very good because water goes outside the shower, but that's not a big deal.

The place was extremely convenient to enjoy the calm beaches of Santa Marta. It is not in the city center, so you dont feel the crowded areas, but it is still at a reasonable distance from those places when you want to visit them.

The food variety of the hotel was not that good... it is a minor issue for me as I liked to go outside to eat, however, some people might find this to be uncomfortable.

Staff very helpful and kind. Nice size beds, clean and comfortable room. The food was really tasty and good portions. Best bit: the roof pool and bar. Best lemon daiquiris I've tried.

The location is not ideal. Roads really bad and a bit lonely at night (but that'snot their fault, tbh). The menu could do with few more options (available meals, really nice though) and drinking water should be available for the guests, especially with the hot weather (without having to pay for it).

Good breakfast, variety, clean room and bath. Nice staf. We arrived to Santorini hotel after a bad experience in other hotel in Tayrona named Magdalela Beach House and Santorini saved us.

All was perfect

so close to the beach and the private beach club was nice. close to markets and shopping as needed within walking distance. for the price it was great. super close to the airport!

Restaurant choices outside of the hotel are limited.
