The different buildings and rooms are very well maintained. They are all on ground floor, so you don't have the sterility of a room on the 15th floor of a high-rise, but when you step out of your room, you're in the middle of an also nicely maintained garden. An interesting point is the geographical location - if you plan to be moving around the north-east of SJ, this is a really good spot. Trafic is heavy and chaotic in and around the capital... To the question about the size of the rooms: if you want a big room, BOOK a big room. It's that easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, also for giving recommendations for the closer environment as well as longer tours.

The staff is extremely nice. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi were working properly. The room and bathroom were well stocked and clean. But what’s most remarkable, is the beauty of the landscaping with local flowers, plants, trees, and vines in the most beautiful colors and arrangements possible. I asked their landscape technician, Enrique, and he could tell me the name of every little plant and flower in that beautiful garden. The swimming pool was ready, although it was a little windy and cold for my taste, and my families interest to get wet. Also, very nice that all rooms/bungalows are easy to access. the breakfast was very nice and self-serve, with plenty of fruit and excellent juice and coffee.

The quality of the TV was real bad. But Wi-Fi was very strong so we could use our iPads for night movie watching.

The grounds here are beautiful. There is a lot of hand-painted detail that add a nice homey touch. The food at the restaurant was pretty good. The dinner that we had there was fantastic. The breakfast is the same everyday though a little change of would be nice.

There is no coffee pot in the room. And also a mini fridge would be nice. As it is, there is no way to keep drinks, cold or leftovers.

The property is very lush and green with local plants and flowers. Our room would get cleaned daily. I also like that they have a security gate, so only guest can come in and out. They also serve breakfast daily with local fruits, breads and cereal and of course coffee. They also have 2 cats on the property which are very playful. The pool looked very clean. Unfortunately we did not have time to get in since we were busy checking out the rest of the country. The staff was very nice.

My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. But we are use strong pressure in 🇺🇸 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Location great - easy drive to international airport. Lovely gardens and pool (with a deep end!). Wish we had arrived early so could appreciate the outdoor area more. Room nice, had lots of tables and shelves to put down things. Very quiet area.

Bed mattress okay, still a bit sore in the morning. Breakfast was sad. Served 7-9 am, we arrived 8am, buffet and many of the plates (eg. fruit platters) were already empty. Only a little eggs left that were cold despite being in a heater. Items not replaced while we were there (15 min). Bread was cheap white breadstick or cake. Nice fruit juice.

The hotel is 20 minutes drive from the airport and offers good accomodation in a quiet location. Our room was of a good size, comfy bed, air conditioning etc and very quiet. The pool is a good size and the hotel offers breakfast and also has a resturant for evening meal only. There is another resturant 150m walk that is open all day and they speak English and most welcoming. On site secure car parking and staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged the airport transfer for us, we just paid the driver direct. Happy to recommend to others........

The room was good and quiet and the bed was comfortable.

I was told the wrong place to wait at the airport when transferring to the hotel. I was flying domestic but was told to wait for the taxi where international arrivals wait. The hotel later apologised. The hotel arranged a taxi for my last day of sightseeing. The hotel said the taxi accepted card payment, but that was incorrect. I had to find an ATM at the airport to withdraw dollars. The taxi driver was very good about it and waited until I found one.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious, the hotel is very well connected with the city and airport but in a quiet environment. Restaurants and shops are close by. The swimming pool is a bonus!

Breakfast can be improved. Although it had a variety of products ( cereal, fruit, hot food, etc) the hot food could be improved.

The room and bathroom were spotless. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Coffee was excellent.

Our arrival was a little difficult, the taxi driver deposited us at the gate, we rang the bell and the gate opened but the pathway to reception was very dark and hard to see. Once at reception all was well and we were greeted and looked after extremely well.

The breakfast was good and the pool and grounds were well maintained and it was perfect for our short stay. The hotel helped us setup a shuttle late at night that worked out perfectly. The shuttle driver was very helpful.

It would have been great to be able to have access to a cold beverage when we arrived. Other than that, the place was perfect for our short stay.
