Location is great, pool nice, close to many beaches, in front of airport, also close to Liberia.

Just two issues. I mainly chose this hotel because it has a EV charger, but you have to ask the front desk to enable it and sometimes it take 30min or 1 hour for someone to enable it. Also, the restaurant is not the best. In my 4 day stay, had issues in 3 of them. The items in the menu do not match with the actual plate or it changes from day to day. Even if the order didnt match with what I ordered and I didnt eat it and complained, the server response was: “oh yeah we get this a lot” and wouldnt even discount the cost. Overall, the menu is not good, not too many options. Next time I will just eat elsewhere

The room was very quiet even though it is close to the airport and a busy highway! Our room was clean and comfortable and the blackout shades a help in sleeping late.

We were very disappointed in the breakfast. We are vegan so we asked if they could just provide toast (which was just basic white bread), avocado and black beans and a cup of coffee. The charge was $20 of just one person! The full buffet was $25 so it was steep. Last year we were only charged $9 for two and they brought us fruit and plantains. The AC was very loud.

The room was a nice size with plenty of space to move around. It had a couch and a chair. The breakfast was also good. Only stayed for one night prior to departing from the airport which is located just a few minutes away and there is a courtesy bus laid on.

I would of preferred not to have been put in a disabled room and this was not even explained to me at the time of receiving my keys. I had requested a late check out which had been confirmed via an email but the check in staff were not aware of this. Also the room although clean did have some items under the bed ie empty condiment packets which had not been removed. Also I wish I had asked for a copy of my invoice as I am still waiting for it to be emailed to me even though I have now requested in on 2 occasions.

The rooms were so fresh and clean! It was great to have a bathtub for our baby! The restaurant was fantastic - we could order food to our room when we left the pool and it would be there by the time we were showered; the bar poured fantastic drinks (happy hour was a real win!). The pool itself was lovely, though a little cool after the sun went down. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Viviana at check-in and Rory in the restaurant were 15/10 - I honestly couldn’t have dreamed up kinder or friendlier staff! If you’re travelling with a baby - we were provided a mini crib for our room that fit perfectly between the closet and TV stand. The blackout blinds that Hilton has in the room are very good quality. The mini fridge in the room is cold enough to keep breastmilk or formula at a safe temperature, and has a small freezer section if you have an icepack for milk storage. There was a bag breakfast available to purchase if you had to check-out before 06:30 - just order the night before at the restaurant and it is waiting for you on check-out. The airport shuttle takes under five minutes to get to the airport, and they have wake-up call service if you need it. We switched from another hotel to the Hilton very last minute (based on some bad reviews at the other hotel) and WE ARE SO GRATEFUL WE MADE THE SWITCH! They provide everything you need for a lovely stay and it really helps to relieve any pre-travel anxiety, especially if you have an early flight and are travelling with small children!

Comfortable hotel. Conveniently location to the airport with for shuttle service. Excellent buffet breakfast which catered to various diet restrictions.

The hotel staff were professional, but very formal and reserved. I would feel more comfortable if the staff were friendlier. The hotel check in process was easy and effiecient. We did not like accessing the restaurant menu through a QR code. We were tired and hungry after our long flight and would have preferred having faster, and friendlier restaurant service and a better quality meal. My hamburger and french fries were not very tasty. We arrived at the hotel from the airport at 845-900 pm. The shuttle service was great, but It took us 15 minutes to locate the hotel shuttle at the airport.

We chose this hotel because it was very near the airport since we had a morning flight. It is very convenient for that. The hotel runs a free shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes or so...but be sure to make reservations on the shuttle. The staff was very welcoming and helpful...although, you get the feeling there needs to be more wait-staff in the restaurant. Those that were there were working "frantically."

The hotel is isolated from any convenient Liberia "experience." Its a Hilton that could be anywhere on the planet. It is possible to use a taxi to go to town and back but it didn't seem like there were too many things in Liberia we wanted to see anyway. When you Google "top things to do in Liberia," top of the list was to make a day-trip to Nicaragua. Maybe I'm picky, but the shower water-pressure was weak and the coffee maker in the room was junk. The breakfast is included and it's between "OK" and "good." It's good as hotel included breakfast go. The lunch and dinner food in the hotel restaurant is not bad, but not anything to write home about.

We stayed overnight after our flight from Toronto, as we wanted to be well rested for our 2 hour drive to Samara. The airport shuttle was very handy and we didn't have to wait long for it. The hotel had a wide variety of options, and the complimentary breakfast bar was the best part; lots of choices of food. It is somewhat expensive, but it suited our needs. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

A little bit pricey.

The room was comfy, facilities were clean and working properly. Hotel restaurant was incredibly affordable. Water refill stations at the hotel were an awesome addition, so we didnt have to buy bottled water.

Not enough to do around the area. if you dont have a car you're kinda stuck with eating at the restaurant at the hotel. Only a brewery within walking distance.

I liked the location so near to the airport. I liked the cleanliness, the amenities in the room and hotel itself, and the food and service were very good. I have stayed at this hotel several times and I am always very satisfied there.

The lights in the bathroom need to be brighter. Dim lights make it difficult for women to put on their makeup and do touchups.

The staff were super friendly and so helpful. The food from breakfast to our dinner was outstanding.

Can't think of the thing. Oh, wait, the American couple that had to complain. About a thirty minute, wait time for their food and demand to be given their food for free. How embarrassing for a fellow american.
