The location is excellent, very close to the sea, you go down some stairs and you reach the sea, where the hotel has an area furnished with sunbeds. You can find free parking 100 m away or in the courtyard of the Bristol hotel, which is currently closed. Very close to walking in the city center. Breakfast and dinner very ok, you can eat on the terrace where you can see the sea. Very quiet and for relaxation.

The cleaning in the bathroom and balcony could be even better, on the balcony the lime and plaster are peeling and making a mess. The refrigerator does not cool at all, it is very old and smells bad, and I really needed it. The very old elevator got stuck while we were there and did not work.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, being only a few steps away from the seashore and near the town centre. The sea view room had stunning views of the sea, as did the hotel lobby area where it was nice to sit and soak up the view. The room was well kept, clean and comfortable. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and attentive to our needs as a family with a baby. They seemed to be multilingual in English, German and Italian.

The buffet breakfast was fine, but nothing special. However the staff are always willing to help and you can see a busy kitchen, so I am sure they would have been able to help with any special requests.

I really like everything. The staff is very kind and friendly in reception and breakfast room. Food was good. The location is superb and the installations have a vintage charm. The area is quiet compared with other coastal towns in Croatia.and there's a nice walk by the beach to Lovran village and Opatija. Hotel has direct access to the beach for swimming, all great.

Everything was nice.

The hotel has a wonderful location 2 mins to the beach, around 30-40 stairs down. The food was tasty with a variety of things to choose from even with healthy options. The staff is friendly, thanks for your advice on things nearby. The room was spacious and those wonderful old style windows were lovely.

They have a wonderful fireplace in the hall and it would be great to have it with the fire on cold days :)

Great value for money, beautiful location right by the sea, a villa built during Austro-Hungarian period, reviving one era. Staff very, very helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond. Very close to Rijeka for city sightseeing as well (by car or local bus). You can take a nice stroll alongside Adriatic, right outside hotel. Overall, a memorable experience!

Very good breakfast with plenty options. Delicious and freshly prepared meal for dinner (tuna steak was fabulous). Spacious, very well maintained suite with balcony and sea view. Nicely decorated. In the heart of the city Lovran, downtown. Just few kilometers far away from Opatija and all the way can walk near to the sea. If you are looking for rest, nice and calm place this is great opportunity for you.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Our room had a balcony facing the sea so we had an amazing view. Parking was at extra cost but worth it as the area is short of parking in general. I imagine high season would be very busy so we definitely were there at the best time. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful building. Excellent location near sea and town. Rooms are quite big. Staff is friendly. Some places for parking available at EUR 10 per night. Breakfast on big terrace with sea view is a perfect start of the day.

Despite big room, shower cabin really narrow. Our room was quite dark, just a very small window.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, room was ok with Sea view and Balcony. Great access on to the Lunga Mare and the swimming platform. Breakfast was exceptional and nice to have it out on the terrace

There is a lot of steps down to the sea front which may prove difficult for the disabled.

The room was clean and spacious. The main room at the reception has an amazing view and comfortable sofas. Drinks at the bar are very affordable. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was good, we especially loved the different varieties of fresh baked bread.
