This hotel is really one one of the best we have ever stayed in.... and we have stayed in a LOT of hotels.

The stuff was exceptionaly kind. Especially the younger male receptionist, he was very kind and helpful. We were late for breakfast but the kind ladies still served us and we are very grateful for that. Food was tasty and pleasant atmosphere. I liked the view. Hotel is nice.

In the bathroom the hand washing sink is to narrow so the water leaks on the floor every time you wash hands. It is not practical. The toilet brush is also not practical it absorbs too much water so it leaks and wasn't really neat. The hygiene was okay but could be better and also the bathroom could be more practical. The sheets in the bed were clean and washed but it had some red flakes on it. Probably left from the washing. Also there is not enough parking spaces for hotel guests.

The Hotel is immaculate. The view from the sea side balcony was perfect. The building was very quiet, I never heard noise from other units. The staff were great, friendly, helpful, and informative. Very walkable. There was a lift to get to the reception area, and a lift to get up to the rooms, which was a big selling point for us.

The wifi was weak. I had to use the hotspot on my phone to get a good connection. Also, the listing said there was a sofa bed, which the sofa could have been converted to, but there was no bedding for it. We made do, and we probably could have asked for bedding, but we thought it would be there.

Beautiful hotel, location was fantastic. The food was excellent, the quality was outstanding and the choice was plentiful. The rooms where lovely and very clean. All the staff where fantastic. Very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Particularly Andrija that works in the restaurant, as a solo guest, he went out of his way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. He is a very kind young man and a credit to his profession. I would highly recommend this hotel as overall it was fantastic and the value for money was excellent.

the location of the facility is ideal, the heart of Opatija , close to everything, good breakfast!

a bit small rooms, parking 25€ per day is a bit much . At breakfast we experienced the invasion of the Chinese, different culture Ok! but it was like a locust attack, they plundered everything, total chaos, they touched everything with their hands, they took bread and put it back, disgusting

There’s a circular, glass-walled lift from street to Reception level. Pleasant terrace facing the sea (view between buildings). Check-in was smooth. “Superior Double” room was fine: high ceilings, bright room, mini-bar and a handy power block/extension cord. Staff were pleasant.

The balcony double doors could use updating, as they’re not easy to open.

Elegant hotel in the very heart of Opatija. Everything in walking distance. Safe car parking possible in the nearby Parking Garage Slatina Opatija, which is literally just a few meters from the hotel's entrance. Excellent breakfast on the pleasant balcony of the hotel's restaurant. Room clean and tidy, comfy bed. Friendly, helpful staff.

No complains.

Breakfast was very fresh, variety of choices for everyone. I'm vegetarian and I could find some fresh fruits and juices. Bread and cheese all was fresh. Very tasty.

The prices on Booking.com site was not matching the prices in the hotel. When I wanted to reserve breakfast and dinner the price I was offered on Booking.com was less then what I was paying in the hotel. I spoke to the reception and I hope they have given the correct prices to Booking.com website.

Superb location. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and abundant, we really loved the food. Room that we stayed at was very big and specious. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures. Staff was friendly and nice. All in all it’s a value for money.

I didn’t like that they didn’t give us new toiletries, what you get the first day - that’s it (I stayed for 5 days), it usually wouldn’t be a problem, but since I didn’t bring my own shower gel I didn’t like that I had to use a hand soap for showering. Not a big issue, but still a downside.

Breakfast and dinner very good, cook taking care to have enough food all the time, choice very good. Room in a good state, not very big, but ok. Balcony ok, but form the 1st floor not able to see a lot. Guess, from higher floors, situation is different

Parking not big, although had a chance to go to the garage which os close to hotel.
