Location, room was very good!

Stupid towel reservations @ the pool, people place towels and come back hours later! Staff should remove the towels! This is really breaking down fun and it’s a shame! The prices @ the terrace are way higher than 100 meters further… We used to sit on the terrace for hours but now it’s not nice anymore…. 9,00 euro for a Radler, 100 meter further 5,00..

The resort is a fantastic place. Extremely clean, well managed, and very visitor friendly. Excellent for families. I would recommend it especially to families with children.

I did not like the attitude of the clerk checking us in. She was very unpleasant. She treated us, like she was doing us a favor.

A very beautiful destination with plenty of beaches, restaurant, shops, bars, sports activities, and more. Room 158 was very nice and well-equipped: beachfront, with two air conditioners (one in the bedroom, one in the living room), and good WiFi. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty with a lot of variety. The location is very family-friendly (they have inflatable water park, a pool, and a nearby dinopark). Almost every beach had sunbeds (to rent) and plenty of shade. For an adrenaline rush, Sport-Vrsar provides an excellent jet-skiing experience.

The pool temperature was a bit cold, but it didn’t seem to bother the children.

for Croatia - a good hotel with a good enough variety of food. The sea is close. The hotel staff tries to solve all the issues that arise.

The air conditioning in the room does not work well, the temperature did not fall below 27. Rooms are not cleaned every day as stated. Sunbeds on the beach for a fee. Lack of water at dinner, only for a fee. The room is just a microscopic refrigerator, a bottle of water will not fit. The problem is finding a parking space nearby. The curtain in the shower is very small - when washing water gets on the floor, there is nothing to wipe it with. No kettle and glasses in the rooms.

I don't understand how it is possible that there is a smoking area right next to the children's pool! In my opinion this is absolutely unacceptable and overall they are very lenient with smokers at this resort. During mine, people lit up cigarettes even on the children's playground. Define the smoking area so that it does not bother non-smokers and it is not near the children's pool and playground!

Good location, good food, comfortable rooms, clean, great staff! Family hotel. There are areas for children and areas for adults. I liked it very much! The welcome champagne was amazing!

This is a wonderful hotel for a family vacation. Location is amazing with sea views from rooms, pool and restaurant. Central Vrsar is a less than 10 mins walk away. Food was delicious with great variety. All in all highly recommended!

Parking can be an issue when arriving later in the day. We travelled with a stroller and had to carry it up and down lots of stairs (to our room, to the restaurant, to the pool). It is manageable if you don‘t mind and are able to do it.

The sea view was great. The facilities and the service were perfect for families with small children. Staff SUPER nice. The young ladies in the children care are amazing with children. Super shows in the evening, the whole trip was far beyond of our expectations. We are definitely going to return.

We had no problems.

Very kind and helpful staff, beautiful beach, cozy room, clean towels, and for a nice surprise: a bottle of champagne for a family member who celebrated his birthday at that time. We got TWO cards (keys) to our room, this was very useful when we wanted to do different things (sightseeing vs. spending time on the beach). They cleaned the room and gave fresh towels in every 2 days.

"Tree-view" instead of see view, but I don't mind, the beach was only a few steps away with a cup of coffee in the morning... :) Warning: if you use your OWN deck chair, the landlord guy will collect the money from you as if you use their chair. Using your towel / polyfoam / mattress is FREE... (very kind of him). To find a parking space is a difficult mission.
