I recently had the privilege of staying at the Central Apartments Integrated Hotel in Zadar, and I am delighted to share that it was an exceptional experience in every sense. With major attractions and vibrant city life just a stone's throw away, I was able to fully immerse myself in the culture and charm of the city. Despite the prime location, the hotel managed to maintain a peaceful and tranquil environment, allowing for a restful retreat after a day of exploration. During my stay at Central Apartments Integrated Hotel, I had the pleasure of interacting with Karlo, and his dedication to ensuring a flawless guest experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Karlo's warm and genuine welcome immediately put me at ease. Throughout my stay, he consistently went above and beyond to anticipate and fulfill my every need, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor. The room (studio) was centrally located in Zadar Old Town, and everything of interest was within easy reach. The room was quirky, with platform beds, super comfy sofa our dog loved and a kids' bed on top of the bathroom (they had to reach it via a sliding ladder - no end to their joy and enchantment!). Immaculately clean. Karlo, the hotel manager, escorted us to the accommodation (from the reception) and gave us a mini tour of Zadar Old Town - he's clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He really made us feel very welcome, including our dog! We're already planning our next visit!

Since the studio is in an old historical building, a bit of a smell in the bathroom is too be expected. The ventilation was noisy.

Amazing central location in heart if city can't get any better for price. The main host Karlo was super friendly abd even gave us a tour or overview as we walked to the flat . He knew our first names and made us welcome

Breakfast give it a miss really , you get tiny portions might as well get it elsewhere. The morning staff could be friendly Being aware of the loft room access to second room. Children managed but older guests might struggle. Again space could be a premium in central location .

We stayed at the heart of the old town Zadar within a short walking distance from the sightseeing spots. The room had everything necessary and was quite comfortable, the food offered at Porporela bistro - delicious, the staff - really friendly. Our plane arrived late in the evening, but our host Karlo still arranged for dinner, which was very kind! He also assisted us on our trip to Plitvice and the airport transfer. There is a lot to see in Zadar and the county and we didn't manage to do it all in just a week, so we would definitely love to come back!

We loved the location. We're literally in the middle of Old Town. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was massive. The TV was working great. We enjoyed watching films from Netflix. Carlo from the reception was very helpful and gave us a lot of information about the place. It was also handy to have paid parking available for guests.

Nothing major but the bathroom's door handle needs repair.

Check in was easy, through Karlos at the restaurant, and our apartment had a view of the cathedral. The room was spacious and clean and had air conditioning. Limited breakfast was included but we paid extra and had a bit more food. Karlos was super friendly and helpful.

Not a dislike but the apartments are across the town and not all in one building - we had apartment 2 which was round the corner from the check in restaurant, but others were a little further from the checkin location.

The location was incredible and we were there for Easter mass. We heard all of the mass on speakers and the bells were beautiful. Parking was very easy since it was a holiday. We left early for Plitvice the next morning and they were kind enough to make us sandwiches since we were going to miss breakfast. The room was large with a kitchen and a beautiful view. The gelato place downstairs is a plus. The room was very clever and efficient with its furniture and they made the most of the space while offering comfort and space.

I had an apartment very close to the check in. The manager walked me to my room, helping me with my bags. The room was very nicely furnished and decorated. The location was great for exploring Zadar.

The apartment was on the top floor and had only two small windows - not much natural light. The breakfast was ordered al a carte and one only has minimal choices for the included portion. I always had another coffee and snack at another cafe later on in the morning.

The host Karlo welcomed us to his Hotel and to Zador. Karlo was very pleasant and interesting and this set the tone for our short stay in Zadar. Thanks Karlo ! The location was excellent for exploring the old town. Free carparking was about 10 minutes walk away. The Room itself was more like a small Apartment in a Residential Building, than a room in a Hotel, but we liked this as we felt we were more immersed in Zadar. The air conditioning was great (and essential) and the self-catering, fridge etc was a handy facility. Outside the front door of the Building, there is an coffee bar, ideal for breakfast and generally watching life in Zadar go by.

We were on the top floor of a four star Building, with no lift, which might be a problem for less mobile people, but not a problem to us. We had no complaints and enjoyed our stay in this Apartment and in Zadar generally and would go back in the future.
