The staff at the hotel especially the receptionist Ivana was so hospitable and helpful. She recommended restaurants in the old town. Arranged taxi for numerous trips. The pool facilities were so comfortable the hotel provide towels. The room was spacious and spotless. The open balcony had a pleasant view of the ocean, which is a shortish walk away. The breakfast had an ample selection of fruit and coffee. So I liked it. The coffee was good. There was a generous array of cereals, yoghurt, pastries and others too.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were all so friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from booking us a transfer from the airport to giving us helpful tips for our time in Zadar. Our room was decorated in a modern style and was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and a pretty view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the selection of food and drink available at breakfast, but the highlight was definitely the relaxing, quiet pool area which was a great place to spend time after exploring the city.

The staff is beyond friendly. The pool is nice and quiet (and has poolside cocktail order service). The room is correct, nothing to complain about. But the food in the restaurant (we had a half-board accommodation) is worth the reservation alone. It's worthy of a stand-alone restaurant: creative, tasty and fresh.

There is no lift/elevator (but it's only 2 floors). The double bed was two beds joined with a metal bar somewhere in the seam between the two.

The best thing about the hotel was the service - we met two administrators and both were really warm and friendly people, it was like meeting an old friend, not checking into a hotel. The room was nice, a little old-school, but clean, and we had a cute little balcony as well. The hotel has a great backyard with a proper pool and a lovely fruit garden with different Mediterranean fruit trees, which was really cool to see, as we see those fruits only in supermarkets in our home country :D Breakfast was good, with lots of local food options, and the bread and coffee were really great. There is a restaurant in the same building, but we didn't visit that. Free parking! Overall staying in Hotel Mediteran Zadar was a lovely experience.

We heard when someone was walking and talking in the corridor, so the room door wasn't very soundproof, but that is a small negative compared to our overall experience. It was quiet at night time, so it didn't disturb our sleep.

you had to Uber in and out to the old town but Ubers were easy to get and they were cheap too

The slogan reads"because we Care" and boy do they Care. We felt really welcome and taken care of. Everybody does their best to ensure that the guests have a nice stay at the hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable, the pool was clean, the Breakfast Buffet was good... We had only one Issue and the Manager really did his best to find a solution. The hotel is very quiet in the night since it is not in the Center, but the old town is only 5 minutes away with the bus. A very good experience.

My wife and I stayed there for four nights. Our room was spacious enough with obviously recently renovated bathroom. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. The staff were very helpful and nice. they would be happy to arrange a Taxi for you with reasonable price (due to an agreement they have with one Taxi company). Although the location of hotel is not right at the beach, it is well located (can walk to beach in 15 min) and not at the city center where we did not want to be there as it would be quite crowded. the pool was clean and would call you to get into it every time you were looking at it :D generally we enjoyed staying there.

There was a noise coming some times in morning that I assume was the noise from pipes from room next to us or maybe other rooms when the people were taking shower. I am light sleeper so I could hear it . If you are not light sleeper, so you will be hearing nothing :D

The stay was fantastic. The hotel has an excellent breakfast; the restaurant also offers a nice four-step dinner we tried on our first day here. The staff was friendly and helpful; they advised and helped us arrange the transport from and to the airport. The pool was closed during the days we visited Zadar, but it looked clean and secluded. There's a quiet beach near (around 1km from the hotel) that was almost empty at the beginning of October, but the weather was still warm enough to enjoy. The housecleaning staff did marvelous work every day; we felt welcome there. The hotel's slogan is "because we care," and they care indeed. Super recommended.

My husband said there was some noise at night, but he could manage to sleep with earplugs.

A good hotel, with nice facilities. Clean room and pool, good breakfast, Kind and helpful staff at the reception desk. Provided free parking at this hotel is a great advantage to be taken into consideration if you travel by car.

The location is not the strong point of the hotel. Public transportation difficult to reach, due to road works around the hotel. The reception desk promptly recommended us a good (meaning decent, as far as price is concerned) taxi company to reach the old town.

The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Parking spaces are generously sized for all vehicles, and conveniently right behind the hotel. They checked us in quickly, while also explaining all important information about getting into town, the restaurant & the pool. At reception the gentleman helped us with cab service to/from the old town so that we wouldn’t get scammed for more than the going rate (8€). The room was spacious, as was the bathroom.
