Very nice hotel. Rooms are fully smart, everything is controlled with an iPad to open blinds, light settings and air/con. Room service also can be ordered via the ipad. Rooftop bar/pool is very nice, staff very friendly offering free cold towels to cool off from the heat and free watermelon slices to everyone at the pool. Breakfast is excellent offering many options and an on-demand omelette/fried egg cooking station. Location is good, 2 minute drive from Ayia Napa square away from the noisy areas of Ayia Napa. Sea side view rooms are facing a very busy roundabout but the balcony doors are blocking well the traffic noise outside

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Although, rooftop bar is a bit expensive. Drinks and food are a few euros more expensive than the average price you can find them elsewhere i.e. 11-13 euros for cocktails (Aperol Spritz at 11 euros where the island average is 8-9euros in most places, 14 euros for a greek salad (way overpriced) and 16 euro for a chicken ceasar salad

The staff were amazing and attentive, champagne on arrival. The breakfast was mwah *chef kiss*

My only complaint was the view, I booked a sea view but was no sea in my view

Everything was very nice! Fancy hotel, nice staff, clean spacious rooms with balcony, rooftop bar with pool and jacuzzi, music and lounge area, restaurant on the 3rd floor where you served a very delicious breakfast.

From the first moment to the last. Staff were very friendly and always eager to help you with anything. Room was amazing, very comfortable bed and high-end quality all around. The roof pool was top notch. Amazing view, comfortable sun beds, tasty food and quality drinks. They would serve you cold towels to refresh yourself and a slice of watermelon; which was a nice touch. The Umami restaurant at night offers top asian cuisine. Breakfast was also very tasty.

The hotel parking is small and we had to park to a nearby public parking. The hotel parking is accessible to anybody and sometimes it was full, so guests could not find a parking.

Clean and new hotel with great professional staff. The small inconveniences we had were very promptly solved by the ladies at the reception. Alex from breakfast always remembered how we like our coffee and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Beautiful views from the pool, delicious cocktails, great atmosphere. Great variety at breakfast, fresh produce and flaky fresh croissants.

Very small bathroom, with limited counter space for a 3 people room. The only guest elevator was tiny and without air conditioning. The pool area was also relatively small, probably being able to host at once no more than 25-30% of the hotel’s guest capacity. This is the reason why, on our 4 days stay, we only managed to enjoy the pool for about 3 hours.

We loved the rooftop pool area, gorgeous view, great service and amazing food and cocktails it was perfect. Our room was very comfortable and we had a great sleep here, the breakfast was a good way to start the day to!

It took us several attempts to adjust the room temperature. We wanted it a little cooler but each time we thought we changed the temperature it reverted to the 25 degrees it started at, we couldn't find any instructions so that might have been helpful.

Really nice reception staff, especially Julia . Very very helpful and she even changed our room as the one that was with sea side view - which we booked at the beginning was too noisy. It was a room with roundabout view not a sea side view. She showed us several and we could choose which one we wanted. Extremely nice personality . For the future choose the room with land view - nice and quiet . They had free car park which was very useful.

A bit too noisy when you have room by roundabout and also basic breakfast . Staying there 6 nights I was struggling with breakfast - not a great one at all. A bit overpriced especially in November where there were maybe 2-3 rooms taken . For what the hotel offers it’s not worth the price . I think maybe during the summer that would be fine but during the winter season when the top floor was closed this hotel should be a bargain….

The staff is amazing in this hotel. Me and my girlfriend felt in a dream, they gave us wine and cold water on the house. They also gave us coffee in the morning and toasts. They even let us stay after checkout in order to get more time in the roof top pool. The food is great and also the asian resturant that they have. Great room and great experience. Thanks.
