everything is so clean ( bathroom, pool, room and etc.) The lightest point of this hotel is its staff. everyone is very sociable, helpful and friendly. Also the location is perfect near the city center and 5-6 minutes away from the nice beach. Also there is the luggage room, where you can keep your things if you are about check out and still have a lot of time until the departure, so you can leave your bags there and go around the town.

The breakfast is the almost same all the day and it’s boring somehow, but still can find something delicious to eat. Also the swimming pool closes so early I think, about 5-6 o’clock

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. Regular towel changes and a large balcony added to the comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly, both at reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast was rich and delicious, with prompt replenishment of trays. Food and Cocktails by the pool were outstanding, with great taste, beautiful presentation, and an unbeatable price of €5 for drink and 12€ for food (burger). Special thanks to the friendly bartender, Mr. Nik, for his excellent service. Highly recommended.

The only downside was a faulty shower handle, resulting in splashing water, which made using the smaller shower option less ideal. Despite this minor inconvenience, our stay was highly enjoyable and recommended.

The morning shift female receptionist was so gentle and helpful, she went out of her way to call our excursion company to double check that transportation was on their way. The breakfast and dinner buffet staff was very friendly, food was very fresh and delicious with a huge variety. We appreciated that the hotel upgraded our room for free with a huge patio overlooking the ocean view. We enjoyed the pool very much and the additional amenities were excellent, including the showers, gym & luggage room. We were still able to use these amenities after we checked out that same day. Amazing value for being in the heart of Ayia Napa, walking distance to everything, and lovely beach hotel ambiance.

The bed comforter wasn't fluffy enough. There were a group of guests that were very loud (arguing) by the bar area around 11pm outside and no one told them to quiet down.

Conviniently located, within a 10 min walk to the beach, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, shops and public bus stops. A 10 min walk to the port and an amusement park. Modern, light, spacious interiors. Pool is small but very well accessible from all hotel buildings and public spaces. Well working efficient air-condition in rooms, WiFi stable but you need to type an access code every time you disconnect or use it in a different part of the hotel. Gym is available, free of charge in evening hours. Personnel is a huge advantage of the hotel, barman, waiters, reception workers are professional, attentive, funny and incredibly nice. Food is of a medium quality and taste, portions are very big. Lunches a'la carte are a top experience, breakfasts are good and dinners below average (all fish dishes taste the same). Drinks are very tasty, served very fast and always with a smile and a nice conversation or joke. Room rates are above the average in the area. In general, recommended for one week holiday stay.

Small pool. WiFi requests to type in the password too frequently. Dinners and especially fish to be improved. Price above the average in the area.

Together with my fiance we had an amazing stay in Tasia Maris Oasis hotel! The location is perfect: close to shops, restaurants, bus stops, buggy/quad rental, a short walking distance from the beautiful beach. The room was very clean. The room service worked perfect, room looked like a new each time we came back from the beach. Towels were chenged each time we asked for that. Food was very good, everyone could find something for him/herself, especially for breakfast. Gym was well equipped. Last but not least - the staff was so nice and helpful! :)

One little note about the dinner - there could be more options for vegetarians/vegans, but it was not bad :)

Comfortable bed Good AC Resonable and fair prices in the restaurant for drinks - 5 euro for one cocktail and they were good. Enough options for dinner, the food was ok Clean, they changed towels daily and cleaned the room daily.

Staff very kind and friendly,everyone speaks In English or russian,so no problem to communicate! Location in the middle of city, one side is Nissi Beach around 2-3km walking,other beach is closer. Both were nice 😊 Staff were cleaning the room every day & changing towels.
