They are near the centre with the party spots, but we still had our sleep. The room was convenient (cleaning every 3rd day) with a working air-conditioner, most of the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast comprehensive. Some things didn't work (e.g. the cooker), but they did their best to help out.

Some minor issues, there should be at least 1 plug socket near each bed. If you have plenty of stamps to sell and are asked by the guest for one, sell it (even without the postcard, buy 1 stamp more next time...), instead of sending him to the post office ... Biggest issue: When you have such a nice pool, let it be used at least till 21:00 or 22:00 (currently 19:00)! I missed a night swim ... Addition: If the pool times are Ayia Napa custom, I can't blame the hotel.

It's very green, the pool is big and really clean, there is enough space around it in the shadow. The location is also great, away from the road and 10-15 min walk from the two nice and quiet beaches: Loukkos and Katsarka. The staff of the hotel and the owner are amazing, and always ready to assist with any issue. In general, the atmosphere around the pool is very friendly and relaxing.

The rooms are pretty basic. We were staying in a one bedroom apartment. The AC was only in the bedroom, and sleeping in the studio was impossible (too hot). So we ended up sleeping in the bedroom all together, which wasn't quite what we were hoping for. The bathroom is pretty small, which is ok for me, but might be uncomfortable for somebody. Also water leaks a lot, when you take shower. The're is no good coffee available at the bar. Only instant coffee.

Everything was fantastic The rooms were cleaned regularly all the staff were very welcoming and always friendly. George the manager is a great guy welcomes everyone who turns up even if you've just been out for the day cannot do enough to help out if you've a problem he gets it sorted always stops for a chat about things a breath of fresh air really you hardly get to see managers in most hotels in my experience. A big shout out to Andreas who was on every breakfast a great guy and very friendly always smiles with a good morning no matter what and also a big thanks to all the other bar staff and other staff realy top friendly people. We loved it and will be back again I had a chat with george about the hotel some of the rooms are a bit dated and he said changes are in plan to update them not an issue for us wonderful place 5 stars from us food is excellent as well from the bar😎😎

Every member of staff were lovely. The owner George goes out of his way to accommodate any requests you have. Front of house/ bar staff are friendly and personable too, In particular Andreas, George & Harriet ( sorry didn't catch the other staff names) but you were all great ( and lets not forget the housekeeping team that comes in 2/3 times a week to change towels, make beds empty bins and ensures toilet tissue is stocked, thank you!) Accommodation is basic but clean & spacious. The location is excellent. The Napa square is practically right behind the hotel yet it was so peaceful. Security is excellent, we all felt very safe staying there as its residents only. Thank ypu for everything, we will be back soon!

All was great but the self catering kitchen facilities were very basic, just two hob rings, no grill or oven. . It would have been useful to have a toaster and microwave in the room. Mattresses were just a little hard

The owner, George, was very attentive and pleasant. He made a true effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible and addressed immediately every request or question we had. The location is great. Very close to the main street. A lot of parking spaces. The pool is nice and quiet. Breakfast, although the same every day, is tasty and fresh including fresh vegetables and fruits. The whole place is very clean. There is a small kitchenette in the apartment with a small refrigerator, kettle and an electrical stove.

The facilities are a bit old and worn out. When we arrived we noticed that there is only one air-condition in the inner room of 2 rooms apartment. We were told to keep the door between the rooms open for the cool air to reach the other room. As it was hot, we asked for a fan to help cooling the second room, and George immediately provided us one with no additional charge. With the fan and the open door, both rooms were cool and pleasant to stay in.

The staff at this hotel made us feel so welcome, they really took the time to make sure we had everything we needed (special shout out to MT the bar lady!). The facilities including the pool and the 24 hour bar were really lovely and the food/ drink was nice and good prices. I’d highly recommend this hotel for groups of people who are coming to ayia napa for the nightlife as it’s a one minute walk to the strip making it extremely convenient.

the air con is only in the bedroom making the rest of the apartment quite hot. If you are looking for a chilled family location I wouldn’t recommend as there is often loud groups of people between 11pm- 5am. However there were still children staying here so if you don’t mind the noise it’s a perfect place.

People, location, pool, bar, breakfast

We were staying in the room that was overlooking the "club street", and it was pretty loud till the morning hours. Didn't bother us too much, but it could be annoying to someone, especially with youg kids or infants. Have to make a note that most of the rooms are not positioned there, so if you are planing your stay, ask them to give you one of those rooms.

  We stayed over two weeks. The apartment room was small but had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cleaned daily. The manager and the staff were all very kind and very helpful. There were a mix of people staying, some families with children and young people who were there to enjoy all the partying. You could get food or drinks at the pool bar at any time. It all seemed very easy going. My teen daughter went out with her friends a lot and was able to come and go at any hour.  The doors stayed open and there was always someone there to make sure things were OK. The location of the hotel is very central. The sea was just a 10 to 20 minute walk away, depending on the beach, and the shops, cafes and restaurants are just there. We are very happy with our stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel. .

The staff is very friendly and ready to help at any time in any matter. The room is quite comfortable and most importantly clean. Cleaned every day and changed sheets and towels. True, in the last two days they forgot about us in terms of cleaning, but towels were replaced upon request))) The room is well located in the city center, not far away there are shops, many different restaurants and nightclubs. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest beaches, although they are small and there are rocks in the sea. Although there are large beaches (Limanaki and Paradisos) within 15 minutes walk and the famous Nissi beach in 25-30 minutes or a couple of bus stops (it's easier). And if you don’t want to go to the sea in the heat, then the pool at the hotel will always save you from the heat. You can also sit in the jacuzzi. Our room had a hard pull-out couch that our child slept on. It was very inconvenient. There is no ladder in the toilet. When taking a shower, water runs down the curtain and collects on the floor. Some neighbors (teenagers) were very noisy. All that we did not like, I wrote as wishes for improvement.

It’s located in a very good place. Close to night streets, restaurants, amusement park and also the beach is in a reasonable walking distance. We used to go to Limanaki beach which took us a maximum of 15 minutes walking. To Nissi beach we took buses that was around 10 minutes. Bus station very close to the hotel. The pool area looks very cool and clean but we chose to go on the seaside.

It gives you the feeling that you are in a summer camp. Sound isolation is very pool and some neighbours were very loud around 3-4 a.m.
