We received rooms in another hotel next to River Rock wich they have collaboration. we paid for River Rock. is not mentioned on their Booking page about this. so, is not fair play. the other hotel was ok anyway.

Firstly, the hotel with its facilities absolutely fit our expectations.Starting from the bedroom(size,comfort,facilities), than the restourant, bar, pool etc. All staff is very polite and kind, the quality of service is really high. Location is perfect at least for us, it's in the centre of ayia napa but still quite enough for a good sleep.All beautiful beaches are very accessable because the bus station is next to the hotel. And regarding the food, it was simply best value for the money!

Nothing special, maybe I would just like the pool to be open later than 6pm but still it was fine.

We spent 12 nights at River Rock and everything was amazing, starting with a warm welcome from the reception. We even met the boss of the hotel, who kindly helped us with the elevator—a really nice person. We had many enjoyable conversations and laughs with the bartenders. The staff is genuinely warm and friendly. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to both the center and the beach. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of warm items. However, one minor downside was that some guests came to breakfast in bikinis or without shirts, which wasn't very pleasant while eating. Location - perfect! 400 meters to the left of the hotel is the Sculpture Park and the Bridge of Love. 400 meters to the right of the hotel is the center (Ayia Napa square, Monastery, cafes, taverns...). As for the beaches, you can reach Nissi and Makronissos by bus in 15-20 minutes. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The city beach, which is also beautiful, is a 5-6 minute walk away. I recommend Kaliva beach bar. Food - Excellent! The food was excellent. Breakfast was diverse, the food always fresh and very tasty. The rooms are fantastic! The beds are comfortable, the bedding and towels clean. The cleaners tidied the room every day. The staff - friendly and always smiling. Wifi - excellent.

I have no complaints, just two small things I would like to point out for potential improvement. There is no clothes dryer on the balcony. People spread towels and other items over the balcony. There is no lamp beside the bed; instead, there is a very bright wall light that is disturbing to the eyes. Another note for people who enjoy peace and quiet on the terrace... My room was on the first floor, facing the street. The view is beautiful, but it's noisy - the noise comes from traffic (buses, motorcycles..) as well as people sitting in the café on the ground floor of the hotel. When you close the terace door it is okay, you can sleep well. If you think this would bother you, my advice is to request a room overlooking the pool or the garden, definitely not facing the street.

Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and location meant easy access to anywhere, the main strip 5 min walk or beach 5-10 minutes

Location, welcoming and smiley receptionists, professional and welcoming services at breakfast and dinner . Excellent housekeeping. My room cleaned almost everyday at the times I was available before 2pm. After 2pm no cleaning but I was happy with their service . Rooms are nice modern and clean .good size balcony.

Breakfast is average. No mushrooms or oven baked tomatoes and mix vegetables.. most of other hotels in ayianapa have them 🙄 dinner is ok,fresh but not many choose... Pool view rooms are too close to the pool. you might feel uncomfortable sitting at the balcony ... Bathroom isn't as big as seen in the pictures. Good size clean gym but not enough equipments☹️ the gym needs some dumbbells and few more machines (shoulder press etc..)

The room was ok. Everything was clean. Breakfast and dinner were ok. It was a nice choice for dinner. They were very kind at the reception. I was afraid that we would end up in another hotel because previous guests had written about it, but luckily for us we were in the hotel we booked.

The hotel is located in the center of the action, so if you are a light sleeper like me, I suggest that you consider another hotel. I lasted in the River, but I didn't rest as I should have because the hotel is in the center of night events. And I didn't like the pillow because it was too hard and too thick, everything else was fine

Good property.

Everything was great, except for the first day of stay of seven booked. On the first day of stay we were placed in a room completely filled with tobacco smoke. Room 123. Reseption refused to move us, because the hotel was sold out. The next day they agreed to move us to another room.

The breakfast was good - there were enough choices and to some food selection also changed daily. The room was big enough to fit two people's belongings, a decent wardrobe, a small fridge and an extra table with chairs. The staff was very friendly and nice.

There are relatively few parking spaces for such a large property. The bed linen could be changed every two days as well as the towels (we stayed 4 nights and the bed linen was never changed).

Pros: -Value for money is exceptional (£60 for 2ppl, with breakfast included) - Breakfast was amazing! Great selection, which varied everyday, and vegetarian friendly - Very clean and good facilities - Comfort able Hotel room - Helpful and friendly staff - Convenient location close by to a lot of restaurants and opposite a bus stop for Cap greko and Niss beach

Cons: - loud noise in the morning when the hotel staff get things ready - Gym could do with a few dumbbells
