I think 10 it’s not enough for this property. We’ve liked everything, your don’t rent a room - you rent a 1 bedroom flat with living and kitchen. It is very clean, air conditioning in each room, near to the beautiful pool with very big and own terrace outside, the breakfast amazing with espresso coffee machine. With 20 minutes (5min with car) walking distance from centre of Ayia Napa. At the end our flight was at 20:00 and they left us stay until 17:00 and we’ve won another day at the beach. We will come again here and we will recomand to everybody to come here. Beautiful!!!

The stay was just excellent, very clean, friendly atmosphere. Good breakfast with local food inluded, coffee from the coffee machine, homemade lemonade. Walking distance to the city centre, to Nissi beach we used a car to get there with kids, but it's possible to walk. We liked the spacious size of the apartment and shops location. Big thanks for the breakfast packages we got as the flight was very early. Nicely packed and all we needed. Nissi beach is such a beautiful place that we would come back. Highly recommend.

I wasn't cooking in the apartment except of making greek pita for kids for the beach. A kitchen cloth would be good to have and a veggie peeler.

The room was well equipped, big, spacious and very clean. The staff was so nice and helped us with whatever we needed. The breakfast was very tasty with a good amount of selections. The restaurant has good and tasty food with generous portions. 1 minute from the hotel there are a few restaurants, bars and a small supermarket, very convenient. We and our kids had a great time there, thank you very much!

The location isn't the best and since it was so hot, going to the beach for 15-20 minutes is a nightmare. But we just used cabs to go around places so it wasn't a big deal for us. All in all i would have come here again

We took the luxury apartments which were fantastic. Had everything we needed to cook dinner. The apartment was cleaned daily and we had no problem drying our towels daily on the sunny huge veranda (as we do at home). We knew ahead of time that we needed to bring our own towels for the pool Was good wifi all over the grounds. Despite being fairly close to the main tourist area it was VERY quiet. Stassis and his staff were all very friendly. If you are looking for a holiday apartment this is definitely a wonderful choice at an amazing price.

The staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel so comfortable, we didn't have to worry about anything at all. It was our second time here, this time with the whole family and a 3 years old and we couldn't be happier with the choice. The luxury apartment we booked was very clean, spacious and had all the facilities you would need, kettle and toaster in the kitchen area were also provided. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, quite a range to choose from, cow's and almond/oat/soya milk and 3 types of cereals, croissants, butter and jam, local goodies and tarts, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, omelette, beans, chicken nuggets, sausages, fresh tomatoes and cucumber, melon and watermelon, fresh lemonade everyday and so on... The location is very quiet and great at the same time as it's within walking distance to a few beaches, to the bar street, local markets etc. Will definitely be back and we want to thank Statis, Stelios and Hristo for such a great time we had at La Casa di Napa. PS: you must try their chicken and mushroom crepes!!! 😋

The staff is amazing - very friendly and helpful people. They are willing to answer any question. Great attitude. The apartament was convenient and the size is really large. Additionally, it is cleaned on a regular basis. Nice view on the swimming pool. Location is also not bad.

Breakfast - the food was the same throughout the entire period, with almost no changes. It got boring after a while. Garden not well-kept. Parrot in a cage. There is really cold water in the swimming pool at the beginning of November (end of the season).

We got a room upgrade and stayed in a nice spacious apartment with a large terrace overlooking the pool. The location is good, restaurants and the center are nearby, but it's not noisy. The choice of food for breakfast was average although the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The lighting in the bathroom was poor as one light bulb had burnt out. We didn't use the kitchen but it could be better equipped. The beautiful tropical garden next to the hotel restaurant, which probably used to be a bar, looks neglected and needs a bit of maintenance.

Absolutely brilliant! The room was spacious and super clean. It had big terrace and was packed with appliances. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was great, with all sorts of options (meat, bread, fruit, cereals, dairy products...). Swimming pool is remarkably clean and it provides great option for afternoon chill. It's located next to the very interesting tropical garden. Naturally, there is a bar next to the pool, with all the refreshments one would need. Apartments are perfectly located for exploring every part of Ayia Napa. Bar street, restaurants and city square are within couple of minutes of walking distance. On top of it all, the staff deserves 12 out of 10 mark :) Amazingly helpful people that made our stay super pleasant.

The staff are so friendly and helpful! Great hotel for families! The hotel is in a great location close to restaurants, bars shops etc. hotel was clean and comfortable good sized rooms. Breakfast was always baking restocked and had enough for everyone. The pool bar and food was reasonably priced and really tasty. Great service from check in to leaving! We will definitely return.
