I think 10 it’s not enough for this property. We’ve liked everything, your don’t rent a room - you rent a 1 bedroom flat with living and kitchen. It is very clean, air conditioning in each room, near to the beautiful pool with very big and own terrace outside, the breakfast amazing with espresso coffee machine. With 20 minutes (5min with car) walking distance from centre of Ayia Napa. At the end our flight was at 20:00 and they left us stay until 17:00 and we’ve won another day at the beach. We will come again here and we will recomand to everybody to come here. Beautiful!!!

The stay was just excellent, very clean, friendly atmosphere. Good breakfast with local food inluded, coffee from the coffee machine, homemade lemonade. Walking distance to the city centre, to Nissi beach we used a car to get there with kids, but it's possible to walk. We liked the spacious size of the apartment and shops location. Big thanks for the breakfast packages we got as the flight was very early. Nicely packed and all we needed. Nissi beach is such a beautiful place that we would come back. Highly recommend.

I wasn't cooking in the apartment except of making greek pita for kids for the beach. A kitchen cloth would be good to have and a veggie peeler.

The room was well equipped, big, spacious and very clean. The staff was so nice and helped us with whatever we needed. The breakfast was very tasty with a good amount of selections. The restaurant has good and tasty food with generous portions. 1 minute from the hotel there are a few restaurants, bars and a small supermarket, very convenient. We and our kids had a great time there, thank you very much!

The location isn't the best and since it was so hot, going to the beach for 15-20 minutes is a nightmare. But we just used cabs to go around places so it wasn't a big deal for us. All in all i would have come here again

Perfect location, close to the beach and the city center, with many nice restaurants around. The entire complex has a beautiful garden with exotic plants and is very well cleaned and maintained. The staff is friendly, always greets you with a smile, good breakfast selection and very tasty, especially fresh fruit. The standard apartment is really spacious and has a large balcony from which you can admire the beautiful sunset. The kitchen has all the necessary things, however the furniture is old fashioned, but most importantly it was very clean and the pool is big enough.

The bathroom is a bit small and we noticed a few cockroaches, but at the same time it is normal , Cyprus has a different weather climate, so it doesn't matter. We still enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place .

Our stay at La Casa Di Napa Apartments was fantastic! The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and come with a large terrace, perfect for relaxing. The hospitality was outstanding—they accommodated our early check-in with no hassle, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a great variety every morning. The garden and pool area were simply wonderful, providing a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. Special mention to the guy at the reception—he was incredibly helpful and professional, always on top of everything. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Ayia Napa!

Great location, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, free parking, room cleaned daily, clean towels/bedding, beautiful very well looked after garden, good AC in both bedroom/living room, establishment was quiet at evenings

As much as I understand it's a tropical country we had some unwanted tenants in a form of cockroaches but I'd say it was due too location of the apartment ( at the end of complex near sewer system ) bathroom was date and in need of cosmetic TLC, we booked the room with double bed but we got a two single beds pushed together and there was a gap between beds

We took the luxury apartments which were fantastic. Had everything we needed to cook dinner. The apartment was cleaned daily and we had no problem drying our towels daily on the sunny huge veranda (as we do at home). We knew ahead of time that we needed to bring our own towels for the pool Was good wifi all over the grounds. Despite being fairly close to the main tourist area it was VERY quiet. Stassis and his staff were all very friendly. If you are looking for a holiday apartment this is definitely a wonderful choice at an amazing price.

The staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel so comfortable, we didn't have to worry about anything at all. It was our second time here, this time with the whole family and a 3 years old and we couldn't be happier with the choice. The luxury apartment we booked was very clean, spacious and had all the facilities you would need, kettle and toaster in the kitchen area were also provided. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, quite a range to choose from, cow's and almond/oat/soya milk and 3 types of cereals, croissants, butter and jam, local goodies and tarts, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, omelette, beans, chicken nuggets, sausages, fresh tomatoes and cucumber, melon and watermelon, fresh lemonade everyday and so on... The location is very quiet and great at the same time as it's within walking distance to a few beaches, to the bar street, local markets etc. Will definitely be back and we want to thank Statis, Stelios and Hristo for such a great time we had at La Casa di Napa. PS: you must try their chicken and mushroom crepes!!! 😋

Very clean Staff are very helpful, prompt and courteous . They directly attend to any issue or answers any question . Spacious apartments with nice balconies . The receptionist Stathis was there to assist us in anything .

Bit far from downtown , it is ok to walk in moderate weather but during extreme hot months it is too hot to walk. We had our wedding during our stay there. We expected to have a small surprise in the room like other hotels usually do.
