The staff were nice. Good location. Close to the beach and the city center

The other guests was so noisy and chaotic. The management posted that the pool was until 7pm only but the guests were allowed to do pool party at 5am. We woke up by their loud noises. It happened two consecutive nights.

Great location and value for money. I am a full time wheelchair user and i was able to access the whole property by myself. there was a small slope to enter the apartment, the bathroom was nice a spacious, with a boxed of shower in the corner, i placed a plastic garden chair in the shower and was able to transfer onto the garden chair to have a shower. The staff were always available and happy to help. Very close walking distance to some beautiful beaches.

Because you are surrounded by bars and restaurants there is a little issue with noise at night/early hours of the morning.

The location of the apt is great, it is not far away from center, 15min walk, but if you walk to Nissi beach, it would take 25-30m. You can take a taxi to Nissi, and it cost 10e in one direction, or you can use bus. The pool is there as well, we were using it, and it was excelent! We really had a great time there!

The only big problem were the ants in the kitchen, so you should be carefull were you prepare and leave the food. Also, the place around the pool can be more clean, the people are smoking around, and the leftovers are everywhere around. Anyway, I would highly recommend this accomodation! :)

Tha apartments we're clean, tidy and very comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Nick on reception couldn't do enough for us, he was fantastic. A short stroll to where the night life is, around 8 minutes, and beaches not to far away either, we really enjoyed it, would definitely recommend it.

There was nothing we didn't like about the kaos apartments, for the money we paid it was excellent.

Every time we visit Kaos our room was spotless, and the modern decor gave off a cozy yet stylish vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring in Agia Napa. My balcony had a pool view and was the perfect spot to enjoy my cup of coffee in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The location of Kaos Apartments is another reason why it has become my preferred choice. It is conveniently situated, allowing easy access to the city's attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. In conclusion, Kaos Apartments has become my go-to hotel because it consistently provides a welcoming and comfortable experience that truly feels like home. It’s my favourite place, I like everything about it and I cannot think of something negative to say about Kaos Apartments. Everything I can say it’s POSITIVE, POSITIVE AND AGAIN POSITIVE!!

Very good location - the main centre is close, but at the place is quite silent, which is good! Friendly owners! Big enough room, comfortable.

We were staying for 5 days, during that time our room was not cleaned even once. We saw in rules that cleaning is every 2 days. One morning cleaninh lady came to clean, but it was very early and we were sleeping. We asked if she can come back a bit later, but she never did. The next day someone took the trash and that was all. This minus is not so bad, but maybe there should be a bit better organisation of it.

Free parking, spacious room with a dining table, chairs and fully equipped kitchen, clean, special mirroring foil on outside of the windows to minimize to see you inside, helpful staff, hot water, soap, towels

Windows heading to the main street and as you are on a ground floor, you cannot really use them for natural light but rather use curtains, bathroom could be better ventilated to avoid and better prevent mold

This Apartment hotel is so perfectly located near the center of Ayia Napa and still in a very quiet area. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. We had a great time with everything we needed. Clean area with an awesome pool and you get your apartment cleaned every day. Only 2-3 bus stops to Nissi Beach and you can reach every other beautiful beach by bus or taxi (very reasonably priced) If I would go back to Ayia Napa then I would definitely choose this location again.

good place on Nissi Avenue

intrusive cleaning from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. I would advise hotel owners to stock up on “do not disturb” signs. Not everyone needs every day intrusive cleaning with knocking on the window and opening the doors to the room early in the morning while you are still resting in bed.

For the cost in August, our group was just looking for a cheap stay with our families, wanting close access to the attractions. We was expecting for the location and cost we payed (as we did not do any research) something low quality as we didn't plan on using hotel. To our surprise I received a call in advance ensuring all our rooms had correct amount of additional beds (no extra charge)...the rooms are both huge, recently refurbished, exceptionally clean and rather stunning modern decor....we have been to nearby 5 stars and had worse. The pool and bar area is a nice extra plus the location is pretty much a 10 min walk to the fair, attractions and nissi beach. All the aircons are new (as are the rooms), the supermarket is next door for self catering, the cleaners spend a significant amount of time in each apartment, ours was spotless. The beds are fantastic, each apartment (they are all identical) fits 5 good beds....the owner was also very involved which was good to see ensuring we had a good stay. For self catering value it's the best I've been to on island.
