Abacus Suites

We like everything. we like the size of the room, the comfortable bed , the big sofa( my daughter, who is 7 slept across the sofa and she is not a short girl), the breakfast was lovely, too. Thank you very much!

This amazing hotel offers everything you need - a well furbished room with comfortable bed, a big terrace, a pool at the hotel across the road. Moreover, the breakfast is amazing - especially pancakes, sunny side up eggs and watermelon. The breakfast chef is so nice and thoughtful and takes care for breakfast the entire time. Also, Mr Yannis at the reception (along with all others at the reception) is caring and he will let you know all you need. To sum up, the staff is amazing, location is central, everything is clean, beaches are breathtaking (we recommend Vathia Gonia) and if we come back, we will definetely stay at Abacus Suites!

Everything was perfect.

-fantastic location, right at the main avenue and a 5 minutes walk from the beach. -the personnel is exceptional, they fully upgraded our room when I requested it and were always helpful in anything else. -the breakfast was great, good selection with a delicate dining area. -the room was definitely clean, spacious, even the veranda. In fact it was the best I had in all hotels I have been in the area.

Abacus Suites never disappoint! The suites and the entire hotel (lobby, restaurant, entrances) are very well-looking, modern and extremely clean. The breakfast is perfect, you have plenty of choice and everything is fresh. The Wi-Fi works well. The staff is extremely nice, helpful and friendly, always with a smile! Me and my friend enjoyed talking to Monica and the other girl at the reception. The restaurant staff is also really nice. Everything about this hotel gives me such a positive energy! Also, in the entire hotel there is a very good fragrance, you can smell it as soon as you step inside. The location is perfect, 20 min walking distance to Nissi Beach, close to the bus stops and to infinite restaurants/cafes, 5-10 minutes walking distance to the luna park. This was the second time I stayed at this hotel, and I will come again for sure!

For the suites oriented towards the Main Street/sea, there is a lot of noise (also during the night) due to traffic, music and people screaming. We expressly asked to have a sea view room and therefore we knew the consequences :)) Therefore, this is not a negative fact, it’s just an information useful for those who want quite. I am sure that the suites at the back are much more quite.

Great check in by Giorgos <3, we received all the needed information, some tips for the best beaches and then he personally escorted us to our room. Breakfast was excellent. Well arranged room with everything you may need during your confortable stay. Parking available, at the back of the hotel, with plenty of parking space, where you can leave your rent a car during your stay, so you do not need to worry at all.

Seaview suits may be a little bit noisy late at night because of the street as cars start speeding when there is no trafic, BUT this is not something that you can complain to the hotel as this is not something that they control. If you prefer to have pease and quite instead of having the sea view than just ask for room/suite that looks at the parking.

We stayed for 3 nights in the new section of Abacus. Great rooms, very clean, touch screen controls for the lights/ac/room service/curtains, central air conditioning. It's really close to the center of Ayia Napa, and 30min away from Nissi Beach (walking), by bus (102 going to Nissi, and 101 coming back is 5min away). The pool area (1.2 and 1.3m depth) I think is also newly opened, and it was great, enough sunbeds, infinity pool, some vegetation, music, bar. The restaurant (Suite34) was great. Food was really good and more than fairly priced (if you don't have meals included). Compliments to the kitchen team. They have a different theme for the food every night, so you won't get bored. Also, the breakfast was great aswell and a really good coffee to go with it. Had a great stay, definitely recommend.

The location and modern look and feel. The staff is also great and helpful. Great size of suite and terrace. Towels are changed daily. Breakfast is great!

Wifi could be better - it is free for all rooms not separated per each room so after beach it can be almost useless. Sheets and glasses/cups as well as floors are not cleaned on a daily basis so it does not feel clean during the 7+ day stay. Could be better. Location is on the way to city center so even though suite position was sideview there was a decent amount of noise between 1-4am in the morning (cars/people coming back from nightlife). Due to humidity there is a lot of mosquitoes in the suite especially if you open terrace door slightly during the night to freshen the air - since AC is central and not remote controlled for each suite.

The property has a good position in the city, near to stores and restaurants. Spacious room with great view and great cleaning staff every day. At their restaurant it was great diversity of the food which was good and tasty. The pool is new and all the sun beds had umbrella to cover you from the sun.

I don’t have any dislikes about it, but it would be nice if the owners put a box for tips in the restaurant where you serve the food. It’s a great way to appreciate the work of the people who manage it.

The rooms are spacious and clean. We loved the breakfast and dinner selection - a great variety of food which was actually delicious. The restaurant has a different dinner buffet every evening which is totally worth it! Staff was friendly and helpful with every request or question we had. The whole place, including the rooms, were very clean. The property is within a short walk to the beach

The rooms are not very soundproof - you could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. The see-through glass wall between the room and the bathroom was weirdly designed, why would you have one in the first place?

Pretty nice place. Everything was just perfect. The room was great, towels changed everyday, large parking was available.. Def one of the best places we have been.

Keep in mind that there is a trade-off with the room you choose. The one that are facing the street have nice sea view etc but are extremely loud. Quads, bikes, cars, buses almost 24/7. The rooms that face the parking lacking the good view but are def quiet. Of course this is normal because the hotel itself is placed on a top location on the main street.
