Very nice hotel with great location. Staff was amazing, all the 👏🏼 to chef who was preparing Lebanese breakfast on the site. We loved it!

There was no hair dryer and iron in the room, maybe upon request. I suggest some shelves in the bathroom since the space around the sink is limited for cosmetics and private things, and more towel hangers.In my opinion, the pillows were a little bit hard.

The room was really nice and comfy, with a big bed and a huge balcony. We also appreciated the lock box in the wardrobe and the microwave in the kitchen - it was very convenient. Additionally, the hotel is almost in the city center so it is close to almost everything.

Opening the windows was noisy since they were facing the street with active traffic, so we avoided doing it. Breakfast was scarce and monotonous. As Zorbas is nearby, we would better go there. Finally, on the last day of our stay, we found a few giant black ants in the room which was unpleasant.

The location is perfect, close to many markets, restaurants ant the three main clubs. The rooms are big, they also have a kitchen area and a big couch. Definitely recommend

Very modern and clean apartments with a beautiful pool to cool down. The location was also a big plus, close to the city center.

The breakfast could be improved a lot. Not worth spending extra money on breakfast when you can get a better one in a local bakery.

Well, where should I start? I booked ZoiNapa for 10 days and I was super afraid to stay 10 days in one place. Never did this before as I am a (solo)traveller used to change places after 3-4 days. But as I entered the hotel I already had this feeling. This „I feel comfortable“ feeling. Rita (reception) and Nicolas (owner) were very nice to me even after I complained directly about something which wasn’t to complain (haha sorry again). All in all, I extended 2 more days and stayed at the end 12 days! I had the most comfortable room with an amazing terrace, a fridge for drinks for the beach, the room was cleaned every day and slept every night like a baby as pillow and mattress was very comfy - felt simply like home. There was absolutely no reason any more to be afraid about staying a longer time in one place. Rita and Andrea, the most beautiful girls - reception and breakfast - made my stay even more like feeling home! Nicolas, the owner, is such an obliging men who is highly interested that every guest feels comfortable. We had a lot of laughs at the bar in the evening (thank you again for the Lebanese and Cypriot shots - tasty haha) and I got the best Lebanese and international meals, as the hotel has a very very good restaurant with super fresh and well cooked food. Hussein, the bar man, was very nice as well. From Ayia Napa you can do so many things. I discovered (with my rental car) ALL places around easily. I will come back one day and I highly, really highly recommend this place if you are staying in Ayia Napa or if you are looking for a nice small boutique hotel. There is absolutely nothing I could mention.

We stayed 5 nights. Hotel is really beautiful. We liked the atmosphere. Breakfast is delicious, especially the Libanese pita bread with various toppings. Staff is very nice and friendly. Rita, Andreah and the guy at the reception they were all very helpful and kind. Pool is nice and clean. Bar with restaurant offers delicious meal for good price. We recommend the hotel. THANK YOU.

At the beginning we had troubles with the noise and loud music from the bar near by but we got used to it:) We missed hangers on the room walls and bathroom doors. Shelf in the bathroom (for toiletries) would make it even more perfect. Anyway the hotel is amazing and much recommended! THANK YOU.

Great property which was super clean and exactly like the photos! Hotel is clearly very well looked after and the owner was lovely. We had room 25 which had a massive balcony! The room was a good size including the bathroom. The pool area was lovely and clean and we had it mostly to ourselves for about 5 hours. The restaurant joint onto the hotel also did amazing food I would highly recommend. Loads of space around the hotel to sit. Very close to the bars and clubs on the strip but you couldn’t hear anything at night which was a bonus. Although we only stayed for a night I would definitely be happy to come back for longer. The hotel really wouldn’t look out of place if it was sat on one of the Greek islands!

I didn’t find the bed too comfortable as I’m a side sleeper it gave me sore shoulders but I think the mattress was more for back/front sleepers. The AC wasn’t the best and the beds had quite thick duvets on which meant it was a bit on the warmer side but for the 1 night we went not an issue.

The place is brand new! It is really clean and the hosts do really care that you feel great at the place! It is beside the noise of Agia Napa but still 5-10mins Walk from the main centre. If you rent a care there is a free place to park right opposite the place. They also have microbrewery in and prepare different dishes on a daily basis! The hosts are one of those couples that are so nice and their hospitality is incredible! 💙

Hotel as a whole complex is amazing and so pretty! Room was very spacious with own balcony and as I had ground floor one access to terrace and pool was also there. It was off season and raining so couldn’t use pool but it seems as such a vibe in summer with pool bar too! Stuff was very friendly and helpful! Don’t expect too much for breakfast but it was okay.

Only thing I didn’t like too much was bathroom as it was little bit dirty on the walls, but okay for one night stay.

The hotel is small with very friendly staff. Also, everything was nicely clean all the time. The location is great if you have a car and want to move around because you don't need to go through crowded downtown.

The kitchen equipment is practically nothing, so if you imagine to prepare some meal in there, it's impossible. Also, we're missing to have a table and chair in the room itself because practically you have only bed where to stay.
