Nicholas Color Hotel

We were for the first time in Cyprus and didn’t have much expectation. We really like the food at the hotel - a lot of varieties for every taste, preferences and diet. Also they have AMAZING desserts and not only. If you pick all inclusive, you can get free beverages at the bar. The room was nice and its 15 min away from the near beach and 25 min away from Pantachou beach which has turquoise and clear water. You can also take a bus to the Nissi beach. We had an emergency and the staff was very helpful and understanding and even if they were fully booked they extended our room for some more days and they offered us some discounts according to our situation and they proved to have a lot of empathy and compassion for their clients. They also have a pool but I didn’t used it. We are very satisfied for our stay.

Booking a room for 3, we got an armchair that was not very comfortable but the staff was receptive and got us a mattress. They didn’t provide any slippers at the beginning but again we asked for it and they gave us.

Great Hotel in a good location. very clean with friendly helpful staff. pool area is very clean. good selection of food at all meals. excellent shower and great aircon.

mattress was the hardest ever, like sleeping on a brick. meals were great but definitely be to be kept warmer. breakfast was hot option was very cold.

Really nice hotel in perfect location- close to both the city center and the beach. The hotel is in perfect condition, everything clean and well maintained. We had all inclusive and it was perfect- high variety of food even at the beginning of the season (start of May) when the hotel was not fully occupied. Nice pool area with the bar as a part of the all inclusive you can taste typical Commandaria wine which was super nice quality (from local supplier). I highly recommend to take this hotel rather than those located on the beach as the price difference is huge. You need to pay for the sunbeds and umbrella (7,5 EUR per 2 beds & umbrella per day) but it is cheaper option given the hotel price difference and on top of that every day you can choose different beach, there is a public bus stop close to the hotel- we used that (1,5 EUR/ person) to visit Konnos beach, Nissi beach, Landa beach or you can visit Sea Caves and Cavo Greco area! Hotel stuff is very nice, my sons serves themselves and the barman was always happy to comunicate with the kids and encourage them to speak English! Thank you for wonderful stay! Overall a great experience, satisfied with our stay. The location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere and if you wish to check out the beaches that are outside of Ayia Napa the bus stations are about 50 meters away from the hotel so it is really convenient. We did not use a rental car, however, if parking space is important to you, personal judgement is that there are enough parking spaces, no garage though. The staff is friendly and helpful, the buffet was good, in line with our expectations. We did not use the pool and other facilities. Great value place I would definitely recommend.

Do not have anything to complain about, the experience was great, if I were to nit pick, even though we are not big drinkers, a better selection of drinks, in the restaurant (can't say anything about the pool bar as we did not go) , would be appreciated.

The week spent in Nicholas Color Hotel was really amazing. What made it special was defenetly the people. From cleaning ladies through bar tender receptionists pool guard and restaurant staff - all they made it unforgettable. All of them were taking care of the smallest details, All of them were happy, smiling, willing to help - this means a lot! The food was amazing - such a variety and all in good taste.

The location is very convenient, about 400 meters walk to the beach. The hotel is small, but nicely renovated. The rooms have TVs with channels in different languages. The room was cleaned every day.

We opted for the all-inclusive package, and it was evident that whatever was not finished for breakfast, they incorporated into other variations for lunch, and from lunch to dinner :) Overall, the food was not very diverse and there was almost no fish (which is strange). But we didn't go hungry, and it didn't spoil the overall impression.

Very nice and modern hotel located in the centre od Ayia Napa and also near to the port and beach. The food was delicious. The staff was very nice and heplful. I appreciate the attention of the hotel, my aunt had a birthday and received a small gift, very nice. Thank you. I highly recommend this hotel. If I visit Ayia Napa again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Good location, nice decoration, good breakfast and clean room!! We would choose it again if the price is lower (like a 3 star hotel)

Perfect location with many restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, ATMs, beaches, gift stores, etc… are just a few minutes walk, nice staff, After check out facilities for use free of charge if you have a late flight (inc. luggage room, WC & shower room in the basement). 24/7 receptions and always helpful. Good Room with sea view, daily housekeeping, clean restaurant with sea view and good breakfast, good wifi, and many more…

- Breakfast is served from 7 to 10, which sometimes didn’t fit my schedule as a business traveler - Need to have more Halal food options in the breakfast - Tea, coffee, water in the room was provided once at the check in but not refilled daily - The hotel is accessible from multiple doors around the property with no security check, which gives a feeling that anyone can get into the hotel anytime without being noticed (although it is unlikely to happen as I felt it was a safe city overall)

Rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy, well maintained. Location is central, near bus stations to all beaches, east or west, walking distance to Pantachou beach and lovely promenade by the sea, restaurants and grocery stores. Also, bar street is 3 min on foot. Convenient shower room if you have late evening flight. Breakfast is basic but fresh and fine to start a day.

Neighborhood is a bit louder till 01h, near luna park and karaoke bar. Mattress in our room could be more comfortable. Towels are wear out, but OK. Missing some glasses in the room.
