The location of the hotel is perfect - very close to the beach and the center of Ayia Napa, with lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel. The staff was very friendly, available 24/7, so the service was excellent! The pool area is great and our room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended for both families and couples!

Welcoming, friendly staff. Excellent quality food. Large swimming pool and the kids club magician was brilliant, keeping them entertained for ages! Ideal location to visit Luna Park too!

We were made so welcome by all of the staff from the moment we stepped through the door until the moment we left. The food was really good and the ‘grab and go’ facility was perfect for the kids after burning loads of energy in the pool. The entertainment team were friendly and engaging with out being too in your face. The room was lovely and the beds were super comfy!

Not a negative, just an observation the younger staff were quite moody and the drinks they made were no where near as good as the more experienced staff members. Also the glasses in which drinks were served were really small meaning you were up and down to the bar a lot.

I liked the staff & the hotel itself. Just WOW. I was scared of bad reviews on this hotel but I took the risk and I'm extremely happy that I took the risk. Hotel is awesome! Clean & new rooms. Pool is huge & they clean it every morning. Lobby is well furnished & bar is very professional. Reception desk is very polite, very nice 👍. The dining room is great! Food is very tasty and variety of food every day. The staff in the dining room are extremely polite and helpful, They kept playing with my baby and she was so happy. Alex, Christina and Papoa are the best :). Toilets in reception are very clean. 1 minute away walk from Ayia Nappa center. Just love it, on my next vacation I'm choosing this hotel again.

There need to be a pathway to walk from side to side in pool & not the way around it.

-We had to keep the air conditioning working all day so the room was not hot. It needed 3-4 hours the first time in order for the whole room to get cool. Old air conditioning system. -Even though there was an entertainment program advertised, there was no entertaining team and nothing took place from the program which was not expected for a 4 star resort. -Very hard mattress!

The location of the hotel is excellent and walking distance from various restaurants, cafes and bars of Agia Napa. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Variety of options are available in regards to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is very polite, friendly and the service is excellent. Plenty of facilities provided (i.e. tennis court, gym, indoor & outdoor swimming pools), entertainment of kids and live music. Overall this is a highly recommended, cozy and value for money hotel.

Perfect environment, with prime and superb location - in a walking distance from the harbor, the beach and the centre of Ayia Napa resort. Very clean in all areas which surpassed my expectations, with spacious and very comfortable rooms. It offers a variety of facilities for the whole family to enjoy, among which tennis court, gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools (for both adults and children), grounds and gardens beautifully maintained which make your stay very pleasant as you will never feel bored. Excellent food with a variety of dining options, to meet all desires and expectations. Very friendly, kind, cheerful staff, available anytime during the day to offer the best service possible and in order to make your stay unforgettable.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Panthea Resort. The location was perfect as it is really close to Ayia Napa centre, the sights, and the seaside walkway. The staff was exceptional, friendly, and helpful all around the clock, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities were also in great shape, clean and comfortable rooms, large pools for all members of the family, nice food, and cocktails under the all-inclusive package.
