The swimming pool and gazebo next to it were absolutely fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and we were impressed by the attention to detail in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the nearby restaurant called Queen Vic, which was conveniently located just 50 meters away from the hotel. The restaurant offered delicious meals , live shows and had a wonderful ambience . Additionally, we appreciated the hotel's proximity to the port, which was only 100 meters away. This allowed us to take leisurely walks and explore the beautiful surroundings. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding amenities, friendly staff, cleanliness, and convenient location.

I was exposed to a situation that I did not like at all from the old man who works in the reception at night, as he was possessive and racist to any region I belonged to, and this is a very disgusting thing. I told him from Palestine, he said, Oh Israel, and when I told him Palestine, and he said, Oh Israel, this is very, very racist and very disgusting.

This is a huge, professionally run and luxurious hotel with a relaxed vibe where you will feel comfortable. We stayed in a superior room with sea view. The room was spacious and well kept with a big bed, good mattress and a good shower. Each room has a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices. There is a bar next to the swimming pool but a waitress will also walk around to serve you when you are lounging around the swimming pool.

The location is very central and close to the beach/pier. This means that it can be bit noisy at night when events might be on near the pier but nothing that a good pair of earplugs can't fix. The one thing that was a bit annoying was the road that the hotel is on and in particular the part where that road borders the swimming pool. The road is a thorough fare for buses so they are passing by all day long. No electric buses yet in Cyprus :-)

This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location in Ayia Napa. It is super close to the beach, the pool is stunning and sparkling clean, and the hotel is lovely. But what makes it really outstanding is the staff. They are amazing. The waitstaff, cleaners, desk clerks, porters, everyone is friendly, polite, and helpful. Everyone is smiling and wishing you a pleasant stay. I had a problem with the AC in the room I booked and they addressed it immediately, moving me to another, better room when they found they couldn't fix it right away. They were super (and unnecessarily) apologetic and made me feel like they really cared about my experience.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The only thing I think could be improved was the water pressure in the shower. It was certainly adequate, but I like a very strong shower. If the management of the hotel wanted to push my rating from a 9 to a 10, they could add a capsule coffee machine to the rooms and put in some larger, smart TVs. Those tiny things would really make it even more luxurious. But those are really very small issues in an otherwise perfect place.

The hotel has a great location - about 3-4 minutes walk from the beach, running track of about 4 km along side the beach, and from the best seafood restaurants. Shuttle bus stop from Larnaca airport is about 7-8 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is superb, the coffee is good, bartenders and servings staff are is very positive and supportive

Very good hotel, in a good location, within walking distance to many things. Breakfast is various, salty, sweet, freshly prepared hot dishes, juices, coffees, fruits. They cleaned and changed towels every day. Towels are provided for the pool. Harbor 2-3 minutes on foot, sandy beach approx. for 10-15 minutes.

Due to an early departure, we received a cold breakfast to take away, which was a ham sandwich, water, apple and pear. It was a bit poor, a croissant would have been better instead of a sandwich, the sandwich was quite dry.

Faros is one of the most clean hotels that we were accomodated in. We apreciated very much the cleanliness of the room, especially that we had our little baby with us. The staff was always nice and in good mood. The location is perfect right in the centre of Ayia Napa, at walking distance of beach and restaurants, and fun park. The free parking was a nice bonus as we had a rental car.

The room was not at all soundproof, we could hear the noise from outside. The windows may require an upgrade. TV choices were very poor, only greek speaking programmes, and a few international programmes like BBC. A smart TV would make a good choice for improvement. Without soundproof room and smart TV, the price seemed a bit high.

The hotel was very clean and elegant, and situated close both to the beach and the center. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, with some even taking the time to remember my room number and nationality. One of the bartenders, who is also Bulgarian, even came to say hi, which was very nice. Other staff members also helped me carry my luggage to the room, and then to the taxi to the airport. The hotel offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and each started on the dot. The food was so varied, filling, and delicious. I especially liked how they included local dishes, too. My room was spacious and clean, and my balcony did indeed overlook the sea. I had two sets of chairs: inside and outside on the balcony. I also had a big TV, a bathrobe, and slippers. There was room service with a lot of choices. I really liked that the hotel was environmentally-minded, as they encouraged us to reuse towels and soaps. There were several pools that were cleaned every day, a wet bar, an outside bar, and an inside one. There were also many spa services offered, which I, however, did not try out. I guess that gives me a reason to go back to this wonderful hotel!

The WiFi disconnected several times, so I had to log back in.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, close to the main street, the amusement park, the beach and all the restaurants. The pool is big, quiet and clean. The rooms are nice, big enough and get cleaned every day. The pool is big, lovley and quiet. The breakfast is very good, lots of variety and all is tasty.

1.I would have liked to have some shade over a part of the pool. 2. The shower is nice but the water wets the floor since the division is only halfway.
