Central location, nice swimming pool and restaurant area, towels available for the swimming pool, helpful staff, a lot of storage space in the room, and a large terrace.

Doors of all rooms can be closed only if slammed. It causes a noise during the day and night. The bathroom doors do not have a lock - they are just glass panel. This means that the smell and sounds from the bathroom are spreading all over the room. No free drinks during the dinner - not even water from the tap.

Amazing hotel! Clean room and it is being cleaned daily, with a set of new towels and refill of everything needed. Comfortable bed and I must thank the staff for meeting my request to get a double bed because I'm pregnant and I need a comfortable place to rest. Safe box is available free of charge, a keetler and tea/coffee, great Wi-fi and awesome air-condition. Also, the receptionists were there for us with kind advices if we needed anything. The location is the best in the area, right in the heart of the Ayia Napa and Nissi Avenue, very close to the bus stations and the beach. There is no noise from the street if you close the window which is always the option because you will need an air-condition the most of the time. The breakfast and the dinner are delicious and various and the staff in the restaurant is extremely nice and fast, they make sure there is enough food all the time and to clean the tables. Restaurant manager Antonio was the best! The pool is very nice for relax and some slow swimming, there are comfy beds and sunbeds with umbrellas free of charge. All in all, we had a great time in this hotel and it helped us have enjoyable vacation.

The hotel is located at the heart of Ayia Napa giving an easy access to the city center. The room was very clean and big, the staff is super nice and friendly, they always welcome you with a smile which is always appreciated. The hotel has a pool where you can relax when you do not want to go to the beach. The beach is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, I was there in October so it was not crowded. I went for an all inclusive formula, the buffet was rich and various however I would recommend to go for a breakfast only solution: there are so many restaurants nearby where you can taste traditional food so it would be a pity to miss it.

I booked a taxi at the hotel reception to go to the airport for the next day, at 6 o'clock in the morning, it turned out that the reception employee had not booked it, and in the morning, another colleague urgently called me a taxi, otherwise I would be late for my flight, it was on September 12, and I was leaving on September 13, this is very bad.And the roller coaster next to it on the other side of the street is very noisy until late at night and it is very uncomfortable to sleep.

Some of the bar staff aren't very good, the all inclusive bar is 1100-2300. The drinks they give out, I had asked for rum and coke, after questioning the bar man realised it was only Pepsi (flat) with Lemon. We felt so underwhelmed with the bar we would just go elsewhere for a drink which isn't what you expect when paying All inclusive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the perfect location and the beautiful decorations that create such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff here are truly exceptional. Every interaction was met with a warm smile, and they genuinely go out of their way to make you feel at home. A special mention must go to Antonis, the manager and restaurant host, who is not only professional but also a truly wonderful person. His presence made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. One of the standout features of my stay was the dining experience. We had all our meals at the hotel—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—and I was impressed by the variety offered. Every day, there were different options to enjoy, which kept our dining experience fresh and exciting. It’s rare to find this kind of attention to detail, especially with breakfast, where small changes each day made a big difference. Another highlight was the food itself. Chef Kyriakos is a culinary artist, and it was a delight to have him personally explain the dishes. His passion for food shines through in every bite. I also want to give a shoutout to the bar team, especially the Cypriot barista and the other kind bartenders. Their kindness and attentiveness added to the overall experience. In short, this hotel is a gem, thanks to its perfect location, stunning decor, and most importantly, its incredible team. I can’t wait to return!

For the first time i have to mention that the pictures on booking.com don’t do justice to the hotel. The actual property looks a lot better! It’s actually a beautiful and clean hotel with a spacious lobby and massive swimming pool. The rooms are extremely ergonomically designed which i loved. Despite being in the center of the village with all the happenings around (Luna Park next door, loud bars and restaurants etc) the soundproofing is quite effective and you can get an ok night sleep. It is still noisy but you stay at this place to party at night and rest during the day by the pool. No complains. Amazing food selection at breakfast. Innovative ideas like serving snacks, wraps etc. and last but not least the stuff. Most of the genuine Cypriots with typical cordiality, willing to help with any request. Very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing substantial to complain. The place offers what it’s designed for. We will be visiting again.

Great breakfast - varied and tasty. The double bed was comfy enough. The location is amazing - right at the center. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is VERY clean and the staff was very friendly and informative.

There were almost no vegetables with the breakfast. The pillows were OK, but nothing more. I missed a bathtub in the bathroom. The bathroom/toilet room's door is made of glass and not sealed at all, so the other person in the room will hear everything that is happening in there, so if you care about this kind of privacy you won't find it here.

We loved our stay here. The hotel looks really modern and neat. The rooms are super nice, and the staff is really friendly and good at their jobs. The receptionist was really helpful and kind. Plus, you can't beat the location. The breakfast had a lot of different options and tasted good.

If possible, try to reserve a room that doesn't overlook the pool. There's a Karaoke bar nearby, and it gets pretty loud every night. While the rooms are pretty well soundproofed, you can still hear people singing. :)

Great hotel in a perfect location, very close to all the main activities and to some of the lesser known beaches. The view from the room is amazing! Plenty of great restaurants just around the corner, and the party area is just 10 minutes away. If you feel lazy, the swimming pool with bali beds is the perfect choice. Most beaches have cheap sunbeds and umbrella offered by the municipality.

They have a luna park just next to the hotel which gets very loud till late, but the windows isolate the sound well enough to get a good sleep. The barmen on the evening shift were not exactly the friendliest. You will need to walk a bit for a good sandy beach.
