Central location, nice swimming pool and restaurant area, towels available for the swimming pool, helpful staff, a lot of storage space in the room, and a large terrace.

Doors of all rooms can be closed only if slammed. It causes a noise during the day and night. The bathroom doors do not have a lock - they are just glass panel. This means that the smell and sounds from the bathroom are spreading all over the room. No free drinks during the dinner - not even water from the tap.

All inclusive: Meals generally good, we didn't eat out because the food was above average Rooms: Clean tidy, spacious with balcony was happy Clean: Very clean ! Didn't find any part of the hotel dirty

Some of the bar staff aren't very good, the all inclusive bar is 1100-2300. The drinks they give out, I had asked for rum and coke, after questioning the bar man realised it was only Pepsi (flat) with Lemon. We felt so underwhelmed with the bar we would just go elsewhere for a drink which isn't what you expect when paying All inclusive.

Great breakfast - varied and tasty. The double bed was comfy enough. The location is amazing - right at the center. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is VERY clean and the staff was very friendly and informative.

There were almost no vegetables with the breakfast. The pillows were OK, but nothing more. I missed a bathtub in the bathroom. The bathroom/toilet room's door is made of glass and not sealed at all, so the other person in the room will hear everything that is happening in there, so if you care about this kind of privacy you won't find it here.

We loved our stay here. The hotel looks really modern and neat. The rooms are super nice, and the staff is really friendly and good at their jobs. The receptionist was really helpful and kind. Plus, you can't beat the location. The breakfast had a lot of different options and tasted good.

If possible, try to reserve a room that doesn't overlook the pool. There's a Karaoke bar nearby, and it gets pretty loud every night. While the rooms are pretty well soundproofed, you can still hear people singing. :)

Great hotel in a perfect location, very close to all the main activities and to some of the lesser known beaches. The view from the room is amazing! Plenty of great restaurants just around the corner, and the party area is just 10 minutes away. If you feel lazy, the swimming pool with bali beds is the perfect choice. Most beaches have cheap sunbeds and umbrella offered by the municipality.

They have a luna park just next to the hotel which gets very loud till late, but the windows isolate the sound well enough to get a good sleep. The barmen on the evening shift were not exactly the friendliest. You will need to walk a bit for a good sandy beach.

Breakfast was amazing, lots of different options to choose from. Location is nice as you can just walk anywhere from the hotel. Room was cleaned everyday, the staff was very friendly and very hard working too. Pool was also good, you could order food and drinks at the bar at a fair price. Receptionist ladies were also very kind.

The hotel is next to the amusement park so dont expect it to be peaceful and quiet at the nights. People constantly slamming doors, yelling, running around and listeting to music in the hotel isle around 3-6.00 am didnt help either, best if you pack some earplugs, they really do wonders. Pool is only open until 6pm. One more little note, if you have the do not disturb on your door, housekeeping still comes in so there is not really a do not disturb mode.

At first, I was a bit skeptical about booking this hotel because his rating was not so good (about 8). And to be honest, when we got to the hotel, I was extremely impressed. The girl at reception was very polite, the room was clean, great interior, I really liked the glass/window in the bathroom. Breakfast was also sufficient, great pool, excellent location. I don't know why people complain so much about the noise from the park, to be honest when we went to bed the park was no longer working. And if some are looking for peace and quiet, I don't think Ayia Napa is the best place overall :)

The only problem we had was a couple of drunk girls screaming in the hallway after midnight, but I don't think the staff or the hotel are to blame for that. Maybe you should make the lower limit of adults not 18 but 26, just kidding of course ;)

The location is PERFECT when it comes to dining and evening activities, it’s also super close to bus stations and marina for cruises. It’s close to the beach as well, though the nearest beach is rocky so it’s a bit hard to get into the water. The pool is big and clean, and we can’t praise the dinner enough - every night there was a whole new selection of dishes that were very tasty. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

There’s only one elevator, though for us it was not a problem because we were on the 2nd floor so we took the staircase more often than not. The amusement park is just across the street so it does get a bit noisy, but the park closes at 1am so after that it’s nice and quiet.

The location of the hotel in the center is great. Almost everywhere you want to go is within walking distance. We wanted to extend our stay for 1 more day and they happily accommodated our request to stay in the same room. in general, almost the whole area of ​​the hotel is very clean, well-kept rooms with sea view have a great location Since our accommodation was a B&B, we preferred to eat lunch and dinner with local delicacies. The breakfast of the hotel was very diverse and had an open buffet that appealed to all tastes. especially the croissants were perfect, fresh and warm, I loved it. If we come back next year, our first choice will be the same room and this place, I'm sure. finally leave as a welcome when we first entered the room the wine was very nice and kind

A lot of noise. I couldnt sleep because next to do hotel is luna park and a lot of drunk people who was screaming every night!! Hotel put on booking photos of restaurant next to them but you dont have any privileges. Its a part of hotel, but if you are a guest and you expect that is a part of hotel, I want some privileges or remove images from booking.
