Hotel is located in city center near to the restaurants and the beach. Excellent service in all directions, very helpful and kind communication of the staff, who come out immediately willing to answer every question. Host very helpful, helped me a lot with a late check-out (this why i had more time to stay on the beach last day), taxi. Amazing breakfast on the roof with a view of practically the whole of Larnaca and the surrounding area. Clean rooms and well furnished kitchenette. Highly recommended!!!

The room overlooked a busy street and was very lound on Saturday night. made it hard to have a good night sleep.

10/10 Exceptionally clean, perfect location, healthy and good breakfast and a very very kind host. The perfect combo for a perfect holiday. We arrived early morning before 10am but we could already check in and we have been offered to complementary breakfast too. Thanks to this it was as we would wake up there - we got an extra additional full day thanks to their kindness. On the last day,after checking out we could store our luggage and also use the hotel's showers after a whole day beach before our evening flight. This are the additiona added things which made our stay exceptional and unforgettable. Art & Wine Studios is the place to be in Larnaca! We will definitely recommend this hotel to the family and friends!

We spent 10 days at this amazing Hotel with my wife, and we loved it. We got the Monet Room, which was very spacious, with a view to the inner courtyard and quiet. Nikos and Tula, the owners, are very friendly, and Tula was extremely helpful every morning at the breakfast. It was great to start the day talking with her :) The hotel is well located, close to the beach, restaurants, shops and everything needed. The room was clean, and the kitchenette had all the necessary equipment to cook, and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast is fantastic. They have fresh food and lots of vegetables, fruits, and pastries. Our favourite was the kolokotes :) We are definitely coming back here on the next time. Thank you for everything!

It was perfect for so many reasons! It is located close to the beach, rooms are not big but clean, well furnished and cosy. People who run this place are very nice, helpful and hospitable - you can tell they care about their guests. However the greatest thing from all are breakfasts - delicious, with a wide variety of sweet and salty snacks (including local food) vegetables and fresh fruit. It is also never crowded because there are not many roomd in this object. It was perfect!

Walls seem to be thin, but we had no problems with any other guests (we hope they had no problems with us) :)

The hotel is clean, conveniently located in the very centre of the old town. There is a jacuzzi on the roof which is quite nice. The owner is very nice and attentive.

The room (we had the king) was quite small for two adult friends. The decoration of the room (“The Scream” of Munch and another weird scary woman with a skull) was quite a weird choice for a holiday hotel where guests are looking for relaxing 😅

Our stay in Art & Wine really influenced my view of Cyprus. This hotel really doesn't have any defects. From the breathtaking cleanliness that you could eat from the floor to the equipment of the room, where owners think for their clients and they provide everything you could ever need during your stay in the hotel - till the amazing breakfast full of local, organic products while eating on a teracce, bathing in the sunlight with a view of the sea, gives the hotel a special value which you can hardly find somewhere else for this amount of money. My first memory of Cyprus will always be on this hotel and I will gladly come back just to stay here.

It's really very difficult to find any defect

We loved the location, the staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us get taxis from and to the airport, for a roadtrip to Camel Park. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed, at breakfast we had a lot of choices, also for the kids. We were able to leave the tricycle for the kids outside in the garden, also the luggage downstairs after check out. The kids enjoyed the sand, we found good restaurants nearby, went on a boat trip and excursion to Camel Park. It was a very relaxing vacation.

The only minus was the noise from the street day and night. The hotel provided earplugs for this.

The property is very conveniently located, close to shops, restaurant and a 2-minute walk to the beach as well as the bus station, both the local buses and the intercity buses. Our apartment (Gaugain) was quite small but had everything we needed (kitchenette, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, complimentary bottles of water etc.); the only downside is it was a little noisy, because of the air cons behind the block and a terrace that played loud music until late in the night. Other than that, we enjoyed the roof-top terrace where we had breakfast which was really nice, with lots of fresh fruit and a great selection of pastry and vegetarian dishes. The staff was very kind and helpful, offering useful information and advice. Would definitely stay again and also recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt taken care of and they even gave us a late check out. Thank you so much for your kindness and smiles. The room was cleaned every day carefully. There are 3 minutes until the beach and there are plenty of restaurants, markets, car rental offices nearby. The bus stop is also close, so you can take the Intercity bus anywhere on the island from there.

The breakfast was average and there was no hot plate, not even eggs or omlette. I enjoyed the fruits and yogourt. There were cakes, but not enough food your could choose from. It's nice that they have a rooftop, but the view is not great and the hot tub didn't work while we were there.
