On the 1st and second floors towards the sea there is noise

The 2 BR 2.5 bathroom apartment faced the beachfront at Finnicoudes in Larnaka. It is a very spacious apartment, well appointed, and just like the online photos. The Festival of the Flood was ongoing. The whole area was bustling until late into the evening. Dozens of restaurant cafes and shops surrounded the apartment. The air-conditioning was wonderful. ( It was an unusually hot week). George, the property manager, was extremely accommodating. He provided everything from laundry detergent to figuring out the TV. If you like to vacation in the center of everything, this apartment is ideal.

Everything was as promised. The doors and windows were well insulated, but the street noise (no car traffic at night) was loud

The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. Fantastic location. Georgi is a very kind and responsive host. You can trust his advice completely. I would happily visit again and recommend to my friends.

When booking, make sure in advance that you reserve an apartment with a sea view. Our apartment faced a backyard, but we were satisfied nonetheless. The beds are quite hard and it would be nice to have more than 1 pillow per person.

The size. The bathrooms. The view. A very luxurious apartment.

No coffee maker which was disappointing. No dishwasher tablets (the previous occupant had left dirty crockery in the dishwasher - supplying a few tablets would have prevented this - we did the same). No washing machine detergent. No supplies at all except washing up liquid. This was a surprise because the previous ( much cheaper) 4 places supplied a minimum of tea, coffee, water and some quite a bit more. We didn't expect this but had got used to it so were surprised that such a luxurious place didn't provide anything. Also ( again not expected) beach towels would be welcome in such a place. Finally, specific details beforehand about parking would have been useful ( there is a 24 hour car park next door which we found by chance)

This is definitely 10 plus ➕️ score Aphrodite Plaza is fabulous property. Highly recommend to everyone . Clean , new apartment Perfect location , everything is right there . Strongly recommend , diamond apartment in Larnaca . HOWEVER THE BIGEST BRAVO IS FOR GEORGE . TRUE GENTLEMEN, HELPING ALL THE TIME . WONDERFUL SETUP . EVERYTHING IS 10 ➕️ BIG THANK YOU . Everything was perfectly fine

Location is great, apartment was very comfy and spacious, clean and nice. Host was of great help, very friendly and supportive, especially since we needed to leave our luggage before check-in time.

Maybe a few consumables in the kitchen would help, like salt, sugar, a bit of coffee, napkins, a bottle of water, shower gel and some detergent, small things that everyone needs, but you can't buy in small quantities, and you don't always find a store to buy from immediately after arrival.

The place was centrical. It was a few minutes from the centre. The room was clean and bed were comfortable. Pillow was a bit fluffy but we asked for another couple of more people and they kindly offered us. We slept well. The place is quite and nice for resting The owner is quite kind and friendly.

It was a bit pricey I think for being low season. My friend decided to book it and accepted without looking further and I did not notice. I know it is near beach but I searched after for curiosity and there were apartments near beach too for lower prices. We decided to go ahead as it was already booked. Everything else was quite good. We were happy during our stay

Big and spacious! Amazing location, you literally cross the road and you’re on the beach, there are many nice cafes, bars and restaurants in very close walking distances as well as free parking close by (5 minutes walk). We had amazing views of the ocean and the sunrise directly from the kitchen, dinning and living room which was a nice way to start the day ✨beds in both bedrooms was really comfortable and was well suited for tall people as well ( 2m tall)

Given the super central location it was a bit loud in the apartment when events took place outside (5k run on Sunday and party during Saturday at the bars) At the time of our stay there was no dishwasher, we were there for 3 nights and ate out everyday, but for prolonged stays or for cooking at home a dishwasher had been a nice addition to the apartment.

Nice, spacious apartment 2 minutes away from the beach. The apartment is modern, clean and equiped with everything you need. George is an amazing host. He is very helpful and friendly and always made sure that we are happy. Even though the nearby streets are quite noisy, if you close all the windows, you will almost not hear anything. Pros: + spacious + clean + large beds + large fridge with freezer + fully equipped kitchen + washing machine + great location + good air conditioner

Sometimes there was sewage or garbage smell coming from the streets. The beds are a bit hard and the TV is not really a 'smart' TV. You can't cast videos from your favorite apps on it.
