Second time saying at this hotel. Its perfect location for me as only 5 min walk from eurocare ivf clinic. Hotel is really lovely beautifully done out, very luxurious lounging next to reception. Staff are really wonderful so helpful and polite and you can tell they generally want you to have the best say. Breakfast was buffet style was spot on lovely indoor and outdoor area, roof top area with pool and a 360 degree view of the city stunning to watch the sun go down, a real must. Also has a gym nothing fancy but did the job for me and had a few dinner there again some of the best food iv ever tasted so yummy.

Just got back from my second visit, was looking forward to relaxing after ivf treatment and getting some sun. Unfortunately roof top area and pool wasn't open for the winter. Which I completely understand there winter feels cold to them, I was sweating being English. But all being said I will hundred percent use them again and highly recommend hotel to friends.

The hotel is as advertized. The staff were friendly and cool. The hotel is generally clean. It has a restaurant on the top that has panoramic view and offers nice food, but beware, it's priced more than the average for North Nicosia. It has everything you need inside, including hair drier, good wifi in the room, etc. The staff let us leave our luggage in the lobby for few hours as we had to leave at 16:00, so I appreciate it.

The fridge had a very strong bleach smell, so strong it made the water stored in it taste differently. But the room and bath were clean. Also, during our stay there was a repair of some things in the roof and lobby of the hotel which was not a big deal, but i had to mention. And there was no wifi coverage in the restaurant, I believe a temporary problem. If it wasn't for the fridge I'd give 10/10.

The room was clean, spacious and had all the useful utilities one would require for the stay. The view was amazing and the little slimline balcony to the rooms were a lovely surprise and appreciated greatly. The toilet bidet spray was perfect which made me very happy. The bed was great size and very comfortable and having a freezer was a bonus!

The AC did not cool down quickly, it was a little slow but eventually reached a nice temperature, the tv remote was a little difficult to operate (perhaps required new batteries) and it would be useful to be able to log into netflix/prime etc on the tv so we can watch suitable content, for longer stays.

The hotel and staff were very nice and helpful. Parking was available and a lift. The pool on the roof was great although they were doing some works up there when we stayed although they tried to keep this from affecting our enjoyment of the pool. Didn't eat at the hotel but would recommend it.

Had a few problems finding the hotel in the middle of the night as our maps weren't working but managed to phone hotel for directions and managed to eventually find it.

I was not looking forward to the stay here after reading the reviews But it was better than expected The room had sink and fridge Bed was comfortable 8/10 Breakfast was standard Less than 5.min walk there is burger King, popeyes and a few cafes and restaurant that do donor and chicken

Could have more option for breakfast WiFi was slow had to connect to the floor above then its was fine

Very friendly atmosphere, Staff great nothing too much. My daughter has many allergies and could not have breakfast and the receptionist went to get some soya milk straight away :) Gym need may be a little touch up. Food was good. Great spot, we went forwalk every night after meal. Supermarket 2 step away if needed. We loved Friday night with the DJ as it brought such a good vibe for dinner so a++ Will visit again and thank you all

Hi,we went there for family holiday.Hotel was excellent.staff was very nice and cleaners were very good as well . and owner of their property was friendly and wonderful man.our favourite part was breakfast.we met Aziz who was very young man managing work there.envoirnment was wonderful.highly recommended hotel .would love to go again .😊👍

The location was excellent and the staff was wonderful! They made me feel like I was at home and were very accommodating to all my needs.

The best part was how friendly the staff was and the owner of the hotel made sure that I was happy with my stay. I enjoyed my conversations with him and he helped with whatever I needed and gave me great recommendations on where to go and what to see.

Friendly staff, excellent cuisine and spacious amenities were some of the features that qualify Sky Roof Hotel probably with the best quality/price ratio in Nicosia! The management allowed us to stay way beyond the check out time free of charge and offered us deserts!!! I can wholeheartedly recommend Sky Roof Hotel for its excellent services and overall experience!!! I would return again!

The breakfast was not great. Staff are amazing but they should inform you about services that are not free, so you at least make up your mind if you want to go ahead with service .
