Lordos Hotel Apartments Nicosia

The apartment is very large and a great value for money. There is everything needed for a longer stay, including a large closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large TV, a nice terrace. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. A Nespresso machine in the lobby is available free for guests. A cafe, and a large bakery that also sells lots of other food products, are nearby (1 minute walk). Street parking was easy.

The bathroom geometry is a bit tight.

Really friendly and helpful personnel, always willing to advise on things to do and see and good restaurants. We also learned a great deal about the history of Cyprus from our conversations with Maria and her husband, as well as about terrific places to visit. Hanna and Rosita at the reception desk were genuinely warm and welcoming and we were made to feel at home from the moment of our arrival. Snowy, the pussy cat, like all the Lordos Apartments personnel, was friendly and interactive and always ready to greet us with a loud meow and a rub against our legs. Important for anyone who is missing their own pussycat back home. Mr Costa's café across the road from the apartments has the best Cyprus coffee and opens early - around 6.30 or 7.00. The apartment we stayed in was quiet and very well laid out with plenty of space in the living areas and kitchen. Under Maria's efficient management everything runs very smoothly and nothing is too much trouble if guests need something done. The Lordos Apartments are easy walking distance to the old city, museums and places of interest. We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 days there and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend it to anyone who is planning a stay in Nicosia (Lefkosia).

There was nothing that we didn't like about our stay at the Lordos Apartments. We weren't doing any cooking 'at home' but for folks who may want to use the well-appointed kitchen, maybe a large salad or serving bowl would be useful.

Extremely clean hotel. I felt like I was at home with a fully equipped kitchen and an apartment that was cleaned daily! The staff was very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay again if they fix the Wi-Fi problems. The location is a 23-minute walk to the old town Ledras and there are a couple of kiosks around where you can buy drinks. If you are looking for a supermarket, to buy proper groceries, you will need to get a car/taxi. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here!

The Wi-Fi was the only problem, and I had to use my mobile data the whole time. Hopefully, they will put Wi-Fi signal boosters in the rooms, which shouldn't be expensive.

Clean, comfortable, very attentive and helpful staff. Our group was there for a conference. The staff helped us get organised with cabs and group dinners whenever we needed them. The rooms are a good size and there was an AC in each room. The kitchen has all necessary amenities, and the hotel provides coffee, water, tea and some pastries in the morning. The hotel is very clean and has a homey feeling.

A bit far from the city center, about 25 min, walking distance. In the summer heat it can be a problem, otherwise it's a nice walk. Bolt and cabs are available.

Very good facilities, everything in place, clean, wide apartment. Well furnished and equipped. The first accomodation during many years where the shower works as one should expect - hot water, good pressure, гоод sewerage, no external leakages. The owners are extremely friendly. It was a great pleasure to get acquainted with them and have an exciting talk. They also were very helpful in problems we had.

A little bit far from the center. You have to walk about 20-25 minutes to reach Ledra str. But the walk is very nice, picturesque.

The room was great, clean, and cozy. The staff are helpful and friendly. All of these around made me feel so comfortable staying there. They also upgraded my room up to 2 bedrooms automatically. There was also a kiosk next to it, only 5 steps away. I went there every day to buy things I needed including ice-cream! The biggest host would be Snowy, the local cat sitting there waiting to welcome you in the lobby. 10, 10, 10! Love this place!!!

I wouldn't say it's anyone's fault because it's a pet friendly hotel, but the dog in the room next to us was barking every time someone left there door. It was quite noisy, his bark.

A really great, warm hearted host-Family!!! The staff is also incredibly friendly!!! They all are truly living hospitality!! The big and completeley clean apartment is not far away from the center, but enough away from the trouble in a quiet area. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large kiosk right next door and some restaurants and bakerys around. We missed nothing! For a longer stay a washing machine would not be bad. We come back for sure!!!

Owners and staff very friendly and helpful, very clean and spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. A very quiet place, no traffic to be heard at night.

Some basic things like olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar in the kitchen would have been nice. I had to ask for a converter for the British electricity outlet and for a hair dryer as well - would have been nice to find those things there without asking. The choice of TV channels is rather poor. But these are minor things. The apartment is not at immediate reach of the city center, but after a 15 minutes walk, you are there.

It was a one-room apartment with a separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony, so it is very comfortable for a family or a small group of friends. There are great bakeries and a cafe nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the staff is very nice and helpful. Parking lot is available in front of the front door, on a quiet street.

Feathered pillows (unecological and cause allergies). No hairdryer in the room (available at the reception). But we really enjoyed our stay! :)

The staff were amazing at the hotel and provided an extra personal touch, that certainly made a big difference for me. The owners assisted me on numerous occasions with understanding the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and hospitality provided throughout my stay, I would highly recommend it and will definitely return,

Bedroom furniture is a bit scruffy and needs replacement. Everything else is on point
