The hotel is distinguished by its cleanliness and good location. The hotel staff is distinguished by generosity and response to any request. Their smile continues with the guests. The reservation was upgraded by adding a free breakfast service for us. Breakfast is fairly good and has an acceptable variety. A simple note is that the internet is sometimes interrupted, and at noon due to the hot weather, cooling becomes insufficient. All thanks and appreciation to the hotel staff for their good hospitality. I will definitely return to this beautiful hotel on other visits, and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a quiet spacious 3 single bed room to sleep Friendly staff I think good value for money as it includes breakfast We decided to stay an extra night ie 2 We walked from there to the Nicosia Border crossing and went for a day trip to N Cyprus. 2 lovely restaurants nearby , 1 across the road Παντοπωλείο "Καλή Όρεξη" is exceptional and 5 mins walk to the superb Syrian Club Restaurant

Everything was great

The hotel was better than I expected. In reality is more beautiful than in the photos. They should do another photoshoot😅 I like the breakfast there was healthy option you can eat! and the waiter of the breakfast was soo polite and nice with us! She remembered our coffee and she bring us the time that we sit!! Wow I like that!

I didn't like the velvet wallpaper behind the bed and in the wardrobe doors because I have allergies and this don't help but ok I had a good time there!!! Thank you very much 😊

the breakfast was great but staying a week could hsve been more varied although lots of choice was the same everyday. fried eggs and greek sausages would have been nice instead of boiled eggs, scrambelled eggs and bacon. i think outside the lobby could be slightly improved, nice plants and better lighting perhaps. The relaxation area is quite glamourus but outside and as you enter does not reflect this.

This hotel really turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

The staff should be able to answer how customers to get from the central bus station to the hotel. Which bus number to take, how many stops to the hotel, etc. or provide information on how to get there by walking, because the hotel is not that far and if you don't have big luggage is not a problem to get there. When we sent them an inquiry with these questions, we were unpleasantly surprised to hear that they don't know and their customers came by taxi.

The neighborhood is safe, you can find everything around and reach the center by walk. Although the hotel is in the middle of two crowded roads this won't bother you (at least I didn't have any problem on the 3rd floor). Also, they clean and tide the room everyday.

I 'd like them to have a better soundproof construction on the inside of the hotel because I could hear some noises coming from the adjacent room. It could be awkward especially for a family with kids.

This is a decent budget hotel, close enough to town to walk with a good sized room. There were some reviews that grumbled about the breakfast, but they have clearly taken that feedback and there was a good choice and nice coffee. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room could be better insulated. I was woken by next door's alarm clock...

The hotel is situated in a convenient location and it was close to the exhibition. It was clean and the room was spacious. The breakfast was basic but it had plenty choices so it was ok. We had also parking in front of the hotel. Definitely we will come back.

The air-conditioner was ok during the night but I would have preferred to be able to heat the room quickly.

I have to write something special about this hotel, because it offered me assistance and service like never before. Apart from the courtesy of the staff who made themselves available to facilitate our stay, we therefore received information on the best restaurants and means of transport, but when I left the hotel I happened to forget several of my clothes in the room! As soon as I wrote to the staff, they immediately made themselves available to assist me. After a few days they told me that they had sent all the clothes to my home address, but not only! They paid them the shipping costs without asking me for any extra prices. What can I say, excellent service. I received my clothes and today I can say that this Hotel is the best that can be found in Nicosia. I hope to be able to return. Thank you very much.

Day receptionists were lovely and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Bathrooms old but functional. Breakfast super basic , just about get boiled egg- no cold meats or bacon or anything cooked and warm, Price was great and the location excellent. Its great for a no frills stay to do your business in Nicosia for a few days.

Only downside there is no open restaurant in the hotel, so you are limited to the kebab shop a few doors away which is not that great. . Their maintenance van man cant park and scraped my car in the tiny parking. I let it go as I had a exam to attend to and my car is old.
